The number "2000" that you see at the end of our name, signified a new era of Latin Cafeterias. We wanted to develop something bigger, something better than the small Cuban Cafeterias scattered around Miami. We believe in serving only good, high quality, food, at reasonable prices along with a friendly warm greeting every time you walk in the door. We created an authentic eating experience, by offering everyone a taste of our Culture. . . a little Taste of Cuba TM. We were so excited by the success of our first location, on LeJeune, that we opened up two additional locations in Hialeah and Biscayne ! We were ready to evolve our concept into what we hoped could bring a fully immersive Cuban experience to Miami.
