In 1958, Dan Ledley started a simple catering service, delivering hot coffee, donuts, and lunch to workers at companies and job-sites throughout Putnam County. With the help of his wife Patricia, their five children, and many friends and associates, the business expanded and Ledley Food Service began catering barbecues, family events, and weddings, eventually moving into a 5000-square foot commissary, warehouse, and office location in Brewster, NY. Today, Ledley Food Service is still family owned with son, Brian, and his family, presiding over the company as one of the area's top caterers for corporate and private events...
