Art nurtured his love of theatre with annual trips to the Ashland Shakespeare Festival in Oregon interspersed with countless regional performances and festivals. Never one to just be an observer, Art worked at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek as a stage manager and assisted with security. In Art's "spare time" he travelled the world with his wife, while also squeezing in annual vacations with his children and their families to Kauai. Art's family will be honoring his wishes not to have a memorial service, but would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who have supported and loved them during this time.
