Abby Boynton

Abby Boynton is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) who joined MacArthur Pediatrics in 2020. Abby grew up in the Washington, D.C. area before moving to Nashville, TN for her undergraduate and graduate education. Abby received her Bachelor of Science in Child Development/Pre-Nursing from Vanderbilt University where she graduated cum laude. She also received her Master of Science of Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2017 and graduated summa cum laude. Prior to joining MacArthur Pediatrics in Dallas, Abby practiced as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Tampa, FL since 2017. Abby always knew she wanted a career working with children, and became interested in healthcare through various volunteering opportunities at Children's Hospitals while she was in high school and college. These experiences helped shape her career path as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She loves being a nurse practitioner because it gives her the opportunity to provide education and anticipatory guidance to patients at each visit. She strives to make sure that the patient's and family's concerns are heard at every visit and that their questions are answered thoroughly. She enjoys forming relationships with patients and seeing them grow and achieve new milestones over the years. In addition to being a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Abby is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), which is beneficial for providing additional breastfeeding resources to new moms and babies. She has a special interest in newborn care and breastfeeding education. "I love being able to watch children grow from newborns into happy, healthy young adults. I feel fortunate to be able to play a significant role in the health and wellbeing of children and help guide parents along the way." Abby is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board since 2017 and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She enjoys attending conferences and staying up-to-date on evidence based practice relating to pediatrics. Outside the office, Abby enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and friends. She also loves traveling, exercising, trying new restaurants, and cooking.

ANNE FULLER

Originally from Waco, Texas. Anne Fuller became fascinated with medicine working as a social worker for five years in office clinics. Anne new studying medicine would fulfill her role to treat patients' health and mental health.

Barbara Larson

Barbara Larson received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Texas Woman's University in Dallas and received her midwifery degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. In college and graduate school, Larson was part of Sigma Theta Tau, a nursing Honors Society. Recently, Larson was honored to be one of DFW Child Magazine's Mom-Approved Midwives. Barbara always wanted to help people. She was very intrigued by natural childbirth, and being able to help women have a supported experience from pregnancy through delivery. "I practice so that I can help ensure the safety and well-being of women and their growing families." Barbara was a nurse for almost 20 years before becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife in 2015. She is pleased and thankful to be entrusted to care for the women in our community every day. "I love everything about the Dallas community because I grew up in Dallas and have raised my family here. Dallas is a great family-oriented city that I'm proud to call home." In her free time, Barbara likes to garden and watch her children play sports, including soccer, hockey, and track. She also enjoys walking her dog, rollerblading, and jogging.

BRIAN ENGGANO

The concept of providing world-class care and exceeding his patient's expectations is at the heart of the way he practices. Dr. Agboola O. Fatiregun

For nearly two decades, Dr. Agboola O. Fatiregun has had the opportunity to work with and serve patients, a path he chose for himself at the early age of 6! At less than a decade old, Dr. Fatiregun knew he was meant to care for others. From babysitting in high school to mentoring in college, he has been serving others, helping them to get the most of their opportunities, and to create new ones.

Dr. Allison McBrayer

Dr. Allison McBrayer was born and raised in Keller, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas and attended medical school at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Allison McBrayer was raised in Keller, Texas. Dr. McBrayer knew medicine was her calling growing up, and she could not imagine doing anything else. To Allison, being a doctor is the greatest privilege and honor; she is grateful to her patients for allowing her to be part of their most vulnerable moments. Dr. McBrayer understands the importance of helping, educating, and empowering women. "Being an OB/GYN is pretty dang great!" McBrayer describes; she appreciates being entrusted to some of the most beautiful, embarrassing, and downright awkward moments in a woman's life.

Dr. Alyssa Price

Growing up she always knew she wanted to be a doctor. There are no other doctors within her family, but she has always known this is what she wanted to be when she grew up. Dr. Price fell in love with OBGYN as a specialty when she began her 3rd-year rotations. Dr. Alyssa Price is originally from the lone star state of Texas, and she was raised in the city of Carrollton. "I love being back in the metroplex, so I can serve the community where I grew up."- Dr. Price.

Dr. Andrea Arguello

Dr. Andrea Arguello, a New York transplant who now calls Houston her hometown, was inspired to practice medicine by her father, who is also a physician. However, while she always admired his work and the personal care he provided his patients, it was not until she served as a volunteer clinical interpreter at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston for two years that she learned that practicing medicine was also her life's passion. Dr. Arguello received her degree in Biological Sciences from Rice University in Houston and attended medical school at Loma Linda University in California before returning to Texas to complete her residency at UT Southwestern (Parkland Hospital) where she received an award in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Her professional interests include women's wellness, minimally invasive surgery and office procedures, as well as high-risk obstetrics. I'm most proud of the relationships I've been able to build with my patients. The best feeling as a doctor is when a patient has a true understanding of her condition and expresses her trust in me during some of the most special and sometimes most difficult times in her life. Dr. Arguello is devoted to serving others. A co-founder of The Ministry for the Forgotten Children, a Texas-based non-profit organization that has led numerous efforts to provide healthcare in impoverished areas of Latin America, India, Kenya, and Tanzania, she has personally engaged in several community service projects in Ecuador, where her family is from, and also in mission trips to Guyana, Peru, and Mexico. She has also continually served her local communities through volunteering, mentoring, and tutoring. An avid international traveler, (her favorite places include Italy, Thailand, and Morocco), Dr. Arguello is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian. She lives in Colleyville and serves patients in the Hurst, Euless, Bedford (HEB) community from the MacArthur OB/GYN Euless office.

Dr. Elia Fanous

Dr. Elia Fanous joined MacArthur OB/GYN in January of 2008. He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Fanous went to Baylor University and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. He then enrolled in graduate school at Baylor and received a Master of Clinical Gerontology degree. He went on to medical school at Texas Tech and graduated in 2001. After finishing medical school, he completed his training in OB/GYN at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, and then started practicing in Irving in 2005.

Dr. Jeff Livingston

Dr. Jeff Livingston joined MacArthur OB/GYN in 2003 and now serves as the CEO of MacArthur Medical Center He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Livingston grew up in Dallas graduating from J.J. Pearce High School. He then attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where he played basketball and majored in Spanish. He then returned to Dallas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After completing his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital, he moved to Irving to work with MacArthur OB/GYN. He is fluent in Spanish, sign language and functional french. Dr. Livingston works closely with the Irving Independent School District on several committees and in 2009 received the Golden Apple Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to students and teachers. He received the 2012 Heroes for Children Award from the Texas State Board of Education for his public school volunteerism and his demonstration of character, heart and passion. He is a frequent speaker in the community on sexually transmitted disease prevention and teen pregnancy prevention. Living every day as the best version of myself so that I can impact the lives of those around me. Dr. Livingston serves on the Medical Advisory Board for HealthTap, where he is working to improve the quality of online health information and worldwide access to care.Dr. Livingston works primarily in our Irving office and delivers at Baylor Scott & White Irving. He also has privileges at THR Harris HEB and Medical City Las Colinas. He operates at Texas Health Surgery Bedford. Dr. Livingston serves as the Medical Director and Board Member of Texas Health Surgery Center of Bedford. He is the former Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Baylor Medical Center of Irving and now serves on the medical board for Texas Health Resources Harris Methodist HEB. He is an advocate of use of social media in healthcare and has been featured in USA Today, Wired Magazine and Voice of America. He is also a Dallas Chapter member of Entrepreneurs Organization. He is happily married with 4 children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. They are members of White's Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, TX. He is also an avid Indoor soccer player!

Dr. Jeffery Wang

Dr. Jeffery Wang believes practicing medicine is one of the most important ways one can love and to care for other people. Specifically, doing so allows him the ability to "serve and to give back to the communities that raised me." He is a child of the Metroplex, born and raised here and he couldn't think of a better place to live, serve and partner with his patients.

Dr. Julio E. Len

Dr. Len has been involved in the Quality Committee and the Board of Directors of Pediatric Partners at Children's Health (a Pediatric Integrated Network) and as a Co-Chair of the Department of OBGYN/Pediatrics at RHD Memorial Medical Center (now Dallas Medical Center). As well as Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics for UT Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Len had the privilege of having medical students come to his practice as part of their clinical rotation for a few years. Dr. Julio E. Len has been a pediatrician since 1996. After residency, he began to work as a private practice pediatrician, initially in El Paso, Texas; and in Dallas, Tx, since 1999. Dr. Len has over 20 years of experience pediatric practice and a solid reputation in the community.

Dr. Kevin O'Neil

Dr. Kevin O'Neil was born in Hinesville, Georgia, and grew up in Binghamton, New York. While attending Hobart College in upstate New York, he received his B.S. in Biology (being elected to the Senior Honor Society) and started four years on the Statesman men's basketball team. He attended medical school at the Albany Medical College in Albany, New York and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut, and has been in private practice in Irving since 1997 and at MacArthur OB/GYN since 2011. When I see a woman suffering from pelvic organ prolapse or urinary incontinence, and the discomfort, pain and embarrassment that sometimes goes along with this, I find it very gratifying to be able to correct the problem with medication, physical therapy or surgery and give her a good result. Dr. O'Neil is one of the first physicians in the U.S. to become board-certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery having done so in 2013. He has also been board certified in general Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1999. He also serves as a Medical Board Member of Texas Health Surgery Center of Bedford. As a Urogynecologist Dr. O'Neil is experienced in the repair of pelvic organ prolapse, correction of urinary incontinence, and treatment of pelvic pain disorders. His surgical expertise includes minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery using laparoscopy, robotics and hysteroscopy. Dr. O'Neil is proud of being able to incorporate these technologies into his surgical practice to help him improve the care he delivers to his patients. He feels that the use of minimally invasive surgical techniques offer equal or better results and quicker recovery times compared to older procedures, which required an abdominal incision and a longer recovery time. Regarding Irving and serving patients at MacArthur, Dr. O'Neil says, "I consider this home and I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to come here and serve the community and learn from and work with an outstanding group of doctors and nurses." Since grade school, Dr. O'Neil knew he wanted to help others and the practice of medicine always called to him. Dr. O'Neil and his wife have 3 children that keep them very busy with school, basketball and other activities.

Dr. Peter Sakovich

Dr. Peter Sakovich is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Sakovich received his bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He then attended Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock, Texas. Graduating in 1982, Dr. Sakovich began a family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Forth Worth. He then completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. From 1987-1994 he was in practice at Northeast Medical Clinic Association in the mid-cities. In 1994, he moved to Irving and founded MacArthur OB/GYN. After delivering over 5,000 babies Dr. Sakovich states that each delivery is still special and miraculous.

Dr. Reshma Patel

Dr. Reshma Patel is from just south of here - born and raised in Cleburne - so for her, this is a special place to be. The community MacArthur serves is diverse, compassionate, lively and friendly - attributes that she loves - making for an excellent place to start a medical career. This is a great place for me to learn, grow and mature into the physician I've spent my life training for and dreaming of. As a member of the MacArthur team, I'm able to establish trusting relationships, long-term with patients, as well as have the opportunity to work with some of the most experienced caregivers anywhere in the Metroplex.

Dr. Richard Wagner

A Dallas native, Dr. Richard Wagner joined MacArthur Medical Center in 2019. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. He then returned home to Texas for medical school and residency. Dr. Wagner earned his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, TX. During his training, he developed an interest in breast cancer. He decided to further pursue this passion after residency and completed a fellowship in Breast Oncology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. Dr. Wagner specializes is breast care, treating everything from benign breast issues to breast cancer. He is also acutely interested in working with patients to understand their genetic makeups. This, he feels, is especially important for women who might be at high risk of developing breast cancer because of family history. He also greatly enjoys providing care in general obstetrics and gynecology.

JAMES CARLEO

Dr. Carleo is a native of the Northeast, born in New Jersey and spent his childhood in Boston, Massachusetts. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology where he achieved a Bachelor's degree in BioTechnology. He then attended the University of Rochester for his Medical Doctorate degree, and completed his residency training in obstetrics & gynecology at the University of Texas, Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Board certification given by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2005. He has over 13 years of experience in a private practice setting. He practiced in South Texas for 5 years, then Vancouver Washington for 8 years. He serves as the Director of Las Colinas Services for MacArthur Medical Center.

Janae Thomas

Janae Thomas is a Certified Nurse Midwife who has been in practice for three years. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University and is excited to provide care at MacArthur Medical Center. Thomas is passionate about making sure that every woman who comes through her door has the best possible experience as they prepare to give birth to their children. She believes everyone deserves to feel confident and prepared during this life-changing experience, and she is eager to help anyone who needs it.

Jennifer Rockhold

Originally from Buena Vista, Colorado, Jennifer Rockhold has lived in Texas for over 10 years. Jen received an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Rhodes State College in Ohio, graduating with Academic Honors and making the Dean's List two years in a row. After working as a labor and delivery nurse, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas in Arlington, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Rockhold received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Baylor University in 2020.

Kim Sakovich

Kim Sakovich, MS, RNC, WHNP joined MacArthur OB/GYN as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in 2006. She brings over 30 years of experience in the medical field ranging from emergency medicine, operating room technology and nursing. After graduating from Texas Woman's University, she began working in labor and delivery at Baylor Medical Center of Irving. She was selected as one of the Great 100 Nurses in the DFW area in 2004. She went back to TWU and received her Masters of Science and her Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certification in 2006. Kim grew up in the Ft. Worth area. She is married and has four children, whose lives keep her very busy and active. In her spare time she enjoys working in the community as the nurse for the Richland High School Band. In practice she enjoys educating her patients. Kim especially enjoys working with women with Diabetes focusing on diet and weight gain control.

Martha Muniz Zavala

Martha Muniz Zavala, DNP, CNM recognized her passion to serve and advocate for women during her high school years when she participated in an internship program at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. Translating for the Spanish-speaking women changed her life in a profound way-acting as the voice for women in their time of need felt immensely rewarding and important. Pursuing a career in women's health nursing was the logical next step for Martha, and she went on to obtain her bachelors of science in nursing degree from Texas Woman's University in 2001 and then practiced as a nurse in Labor & Delivery for over 15 years. Throughout her nursing career, Martha had the opportunity to serve, educate, empower and advocate for women. Additionally, she held various leadership positions including mentoring new nurses entering the obstetric specialty. Cultivating positive birth experiences for women became so important to Martha that in 2017, she received a doctor of nurse practice (DNP) degree in Nurse-midwifery from Baylor University. As part of her doctoral studies, she developed a quality improvement project that implemented new methods to improve recognition and management of postpartum hemorrhage, receiving the "Outstanding Doctoral Project Award" for her work.

NEHAL SHAH

Nehal Shah M.D., FAAP, has served patients for nearly 15 years throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Born and raised in the area, she received her undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman and earned her medical degree from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock. She rounded out her education by earning an MBA in health organization management from Texas Tech University. Dr. Shah completed her residency in pediatric medicine at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. She is Board Certified through the American Board of Pediatrics, and is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. Prior to joining MacArthur, she practiced at Children's Health Pediatric Group for 11 years and served another year in private practice elsewhere. Her interest in the medical profession is fostered by a series of volunteer programs that she participated in during high school, which allowed her to work with children and their families. "These programs inspired me to cultivate a deeper interest in pediatrics and pursue a career in medicine," she says. She most enjoys counseling families on weight management, asthma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and caring for pediatric illnesses and providing general well child care of children from birth to 18 year of age. "I sincerely enjoy making a difference in the daily lives of children. It's most gratifying for me be able to follow my patients as they grow, from infants into young children and teenagers," she says, which make her work with patients both fun and rewarding. Dr. Shah enjoys working within such a culturally diverse community that makes up the Metroplex, and helping shape the lives of children. When she's not practicing, she loves to spend time with her husband and two boys, playing tennis, traveling, reading, and watching the Cowboys, of course!

REBECCA GRAY

Dr. Gray is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville majoring in biology. From 1998 to 2003 she was a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomical Sciences. From 2003 to 2007, she attended University of Kentucky College of Medicine before moving to Dallas, Texas for her residency. Among her awards, she received the Outstanding Fourth Year Medical Student Teaching Award and winner of the AOA Medical Honor Society Student Research Day. She is also the Vice Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Texas Health Harris HEB Hospital. She serves as the Director of HEB Services for MacArthur Medical Center.

STACEY THOMAS

Stacey Thomas, MD, knew at the age of 10 that she wanted to be a physician in a sign of love and support for her mother who was a registered nurse at a busy hospital in Southern California. Serving patients is what drew physician assistant Summer Migoni into medicine. The most important aspect of her career in medicine is getting to know patients, and helping them navigate their healthcare journey. In fact, patient education is the most important part of her work in the practice, she says, because patients that are able to fully understand their bodies and conditions are best able to understand the care protocols they will receive.
