David M. Marks was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1982, and the State Bar of Texas in 1983, after completing his preparatory education at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee (B.A., 1979) and his legal education at the University of Wisconsin (J.D., 1982). Ms. Richardson is a member of the Texas, Houston, and American Bar Associations and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
