Nathan joined Madison Pacific Properties in 2016 as Vice President, Development and has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. His experience includes various development roles over 16 years with Morguard Investments Limited across western Canada in retail, office, industrial and residential projects preceded by several years of residential property management experience in the Lower Mainland. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UBC in Urban Land Economics and has been a CFA charterholder since 2004.
