Before beginning her career in real estate, Elissa was a controller for a major non-profit foundation and held corporate accounting positions, including at PageNet, one of the leading paging companies at the time.

A native New Yorker, Michael has lived in Northern Virginia and now resides in Bethesda, Md., with his wife, Elissa, a fellow Compass agent, daughter, son, and Italian greyhound, Illy.
