(MGV) is headquartered in Washington DC, incorporated in the State of Maryland and Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE) certified by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) and the City of Philadelphia. MGV began operations on a cart in Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (National) in 1996. Just one year later, in 1997, MGV opened its first in-line, retail location, Pen & Prose, in National. As the company's brand was being defined, so too was the new North Terminal of National Airport.
