Bonnie Daks

Bonnie began her career at Morgan Engineering in 2021 in the Survey Department as a Client Care Specialist. In January of 2023, she was given an opportunity to help start up a new division/company, Morgan Municipal. She uses her years of customer service experience to be the interface between municipalities, residents, and our engineering team. Bonnie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, PA. She started her engineering career working in Business Development at Pennoni Associates Inc., Consulting Engineers, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Bonnie and her husband, Jason, moved to the Toms River, NJ area to raise their two children. Besides going to the beach, Bonnie also enjoys traveling, scuba diving and cooking.

Brian Quinn

Brian operates as a Municipal Project Manager, EIT for the firm, and is a leader within the Municipal Engineering Division. He is responsible for municipal services such as Capital Improvement Projects (design, roadway, stormwater, utilities, parks, etc.), Land Use Matters & Planning, Grant application & management, Construction Management, etc. Brian attended Manhattan College School of Engineering (NY) where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering and continues to study in their master's degree in Civil Engineering Program. He is the currently the President of the Ocean Beach and Bay Club (Ocean Beach 3) HOA, overseeing 990 properties with over a million-dollar operating budget. Brian is also a trustee of the Toms River Regular Republicans Club and the Secretary and active fire fighter with the Lavallette Fire Department.

Daniel Miller

Daniel has worked as a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of New Jersey for the past 33 years. His work encompasses all aspects of landscape architecture as well as site and civil engineering. He has deep experience in the areas of landscape plans, tree preservation and management, site layout, and grading. He has provided professional testimony before numerous planning boards and shade tree commissions throughout the state. Daniel received his Associates of Arts degree (A.A) from Somerset County College (Branchburg, NJ) and his Bachelors' of Landscape Architecture from S.U.N.Y College of Environmental Science (Syracuse, NY). He has a son who is married and serves as a JAG lawyer in the US Army, and a daughter that is an accomplished teacher. He has also been blessed with two beautiful grandsons. In his spare, time he enjoys playing horseshoes, surf fishing, juggling, and searching for sea glass on the local beaches.

David J. Von Steenburg

David is a Professionally licensed land surveyor in New Jersey and New York. He has been in the surveying profession since 1976. He obtained his professional license in New Jersey in 1989 and received his New York license in 2018. Dave has worked in many phases of land surveying from title surveys, construction layout, hydrographic surveys to large tract boundary surveys with topography. He began working with Morgan in 2011 as a subcontractor and came on board full time in 2015. Dave continues to work in many aspects in surveying at Morgan. He really enjoys working with his Morgan family. Dave has been married to the love of his life, Lorraine (Raine) since 1975. They have two sons and two grandchildren that are the light of their lives. He has a 12-pound Chihuahua mix who has him wrapped around her paw and a 19-year-old African Grey parrot who keeps him extremely entertained. Dave enjoys spending most of his time with the grandkids David and Zoe playing sports, taking nature walks, attending school functions and David's flag football and baseball games. He is a rabid Philadelphia Eagles and New York Yankees fan.

Jeff Baumbach

Jeff is Morgan's lead inspector working on inspections of construction projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, utilities, and other infrastructure components, to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes. He has experience monitoring construction activities, reviewing drawings, and providing quality control. He excels with coordinating with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, and resolving project issues. Jeff entered the industry as a field surveyor. His attitude, attention to detail, and technical aptitude has helped him excel in the field. Jeff has a degree from Stockton University. When he is not at work, some of his interests include snowboarding and golfing.

Jennifer Lucas - COO

Jennifer has been with Morgan Engineering for 2 years and manages the front office. Prior to joining Morgan Engineering, Jennifer spent 12 years managing operations and customer experience at Eagle Ridge Golf Club. She was responsible for strategic planning, sales, business expansion and overall customer experience. Jennifer created fund raising events for Children's Cancer Support driving everything from sponsors, donations, volunteers and event participation. Overall through her relationships and strong attention to detail, customer satisfaction was at an all-time high. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Georgian Court University. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new adventures. Jennifer has participated in Tough Mudder events and has the scars to show for it. She is an avid hockey fan and can be found cheering on the NY Rangers.

Lauren Plump - CEO

Lauren joined our organization in 2006, assuming the role of Principal overseeing various key aspects of the business. Her responsibilities include shaping the company's strategic direction, closely collaborating with the sales team, and guiding communication and operations. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the team aligns with the company's mission of delivering exceptional customer service, fostering successful client collaboration, and optimizing project outcomes. With a wealth of experience in her field, Lauren holds a Real Estate Brokers License, a Title Producers License, and is certified in HR and AutoCAD. She also actively participates in several local organizations and serves on the advisory boards for The Salvation Army and The Sailing Foundation of Barnegat Bay.

Luciana Fuchs - CHRO

Luciana started her career at Morgan Engineering in 2019. Luciana is dedicated to creating a robust culture that promotes continuous business growth and cultivates customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees. She encourages her people to realize their full potential and bring their personal best to the job. She has passion for engaging her employees, realizing their goals for the future, and being able to communicate. She hopes to encourage her team members to a road of success and development. Luciana works in aligning human resources strategies with overarching business objectives. Luciana has had various leadership roles throughout her career managing top notch teams throughout the state of New Jersey in the Retail Industry. Morgan Engineering is where she started her new adventure in the Civil Engineering Industry where she flourished in her career. Luciana received her degree from Monmouth University Leon Hess Business School. She graduated on the Dean's List and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Operations with additional studies in Human Resources and Marketing. She was highly involved in her sorority Alpha Sigma Tau where she was Elected Vice President of Finance. During her involvement in her sorority, she worked with The Habitat for Humanity, Ashley Lauren Foundation, Suicide Awareness Foundation, Women's Dress for Success, and Relay for Life. Growing up Luciana was also highly involved in The Girl Scouts of America, receiving multiple prestigious awards. Giving back to her community has always been something that fueled her soul. She has an undying love for the Arts and Music. She performed in the Monmouth Symphony and was a member of the Chamber Choir of New Jersey where she sang for George W. Bush during his presidency in the White House! She enjoys being a freelance Make Up Artist, bringing confidence and beauty to the faces of many.

Madeline Dever

Madeline joined Morgan Engineering in July 2023 as a Design Engineer. Bringing experience in project management, customer service, and in the field, she became a key member of the Municipal team. She works on a variety of projects with the Morgan Managerial Team in reviewing drawings and calculations and preparing construction schedules for municipality projects. Madeline holds her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and her Masters in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Her studies primarily focused on project management, studying both in the engineering and design division as well as the business development and project management division. Madeline now resides in Beachwood, New Jersey enjoying her free time surfing at Island Beach State Park and hiking the Northeast.

Mark Rohmeyer

Mark serves as a Municipal Professional Engineer for the firm and is a manager of the Municipal Engineering Division. He is responsible for all municipal services such as Capital Improvement Projects (roadway, stormwater, shoreline stabilization, utilities, parks, etc.), Land Use Board Engineering & Planning, Grant application & management, Construction Management, etc. With years of experience in the field, Mark holds a Professional Engineering License, Professional Planning License, Certified Municipal Engineer. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers where he is active with the Ocean County Chapter with a focus on encouraging the younger generation to pursue a career in Engineering. Mark is a Past-President of the NJSPE Ocean County Chapter. Mark attended Rutgers University (NJ), and as part of his professional engineering licensure is required to obtain continuing education credits annually. He has a passion for building a better community one project at a time.

Mathew Wilder

Mathew is a professionally licensed engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania with more than fourteen years of experience in the field of land development. He possesses an expertise in the design and approval process of site development engineering which includes site investigation reports and due diligence, site plan and subdivision preparation, stormwater management designs, water and sewer extensions along with everything in between. For a large portion of Mat's career, his primary focus was in the field of commercial development. He also has extensive experience in construction consulting which includes the review and approval of shop drawings as well as coordination with contractors and resident engineers.

Patrick Laudisi

Patrick is a professionally licensed engineer in New Jersey, with almost a decade of experience in the field of Structural Engineering. Pat began his career at Ramirez Engineering in 2015, and immediately began assisting homeowners all along the Jersey Shoreline in the wave of home elevation projects that followed Hurricane Sandy due to the flooding the storm brought. He has been flown around the country to assist in various flood remediation projects, including Houston, TX in 2017 after Hurricane Harvey, and Panama City Beach, FL in 2019 following Hurricane Michael, which ravaged the area in late 2018. He also has extensive experience designing retaining walls, including when he and his design team were featured in an issue of the Allan Block newsletter.
