Eric got his start in this business by working along side family in their construction business. Their construction business began to get more and more insurance repair work. Eric really loved this niche in the construction industry and began to take courses and specialize in emergency restoration. He eventually branched out to better serve clients and insurance agents. Eric is IICRC CERTIFIED as a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer, Odor Control,Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation. Eric's driving force, and the heart behind this company, is his commitment to utilizing state of the art technology and exceptional quality service for each and every client. He strives everyday to deliver the "Highest Level of Customer Service Imaginable."

Nicole's background compliments Eric to form a really solid team. She received her Bachelors degree in Architecture from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She worked for Hamilton & Associates, a local Opelousas architecture firm as well as firms in New Orleans, Monterey California, and The Woodlands Texas. Nicole has owned a carpet, tile and fine rug cleaning business in The Woodlands,TX. In 2005 she started a Mold Inspection & Testing Company. Nicole has also spent the last five teaching Drafting and Design courses at South Louisiana Community College, T. H. Harris Campus. She was the student government advisor for two years. During that time she headed up many community service projects including CanStruction - a design competition to benefit and supply the local food bank, Halloween for the homeless - a drive to collect much needed items for the local men's homeless shelter, and many more. What Nicole brings to the restoration industry is her knowledge of building science and passion to serve ... both our clients and our community.
