MATRIX SYSTEMS

Matrix Systems is a China domestic-ownership limited corporation, originally registered in Beijing, China in 2005. Its latest reorganization took place in 2010, formed its present operation at a location of the partner Collective Electronics, Inc. (a US-China joint venture. registered in Beijing since 2005)... Matrix Systems established a Shanghai Operation in 2011. Jointly with Golden Gate Integrated Circuits, Inc. (Santa Clara, CA), it became the latter's China front operation. The business entity in English is GGIC Shanghai, Ltd. It is located in Shanghai National Environmental and New Energy Incubator, at 777 Hongmei South Rd, B308, Minhang District, Shanghai, China.
