Owner and cake creator Monica Pearson loves to have a special part in your sweetest memories. She uses premium ingredients such as butter, eggs, cream, fresh fruit and Belgian chocolate to make the most luscious cakes, creamy mousses, fresh tasting fruit curds and ganaches all made from scratch and it is purely evident in every bite... With over 20 years of baking experience in the bakery, catering and restaurant fields combined with her artistic creativity, Monica has developed her recipes and skills to create award winning cakes, cupcakes and more. Monica has won multiple National Capital Area awards such as "Best professional cupcake", "Best of tasting division", and placing in the top 10 wedding cake decorating division a number of times. Her background in art and mural painting brings out the artist in her when creativity, skill and detail is needed.....
