Mr D's Thermal Cookers was originally set up in 2009 in the UK by Dave Knowles who has a real passion for Thermal Cooking. After 10 years of nurturing and building the company Dave and his wife Jenny decided they wanted to devote more time to travelling and Dave's film work. Dave continues to cook and publish his Thermal Cooking Recipe Book (available here) and is indeed planning a new vegetarian cook book.
