OCIF, incorporated in April of 2005, was formed, among other things, to support projects promoting patient education, continuing medical education, and regional charitable organizations. Funding is secured through charitable gifts, donations, and grants. The Foundation partners with donors to strengthen and support health and fitness in meeting the medical needs of the community.
