Dave is on the board of several local and national ministries and is enjoying this season in Knoxville with his wife, 3 children, their spouses and 2 grandchildren.

Lynette Linton

Lynette has years of healthcare experience and came out of retirement to offer her organizational and administrative skills to On-Belay. Lynette lives in Knoxville, is a big fan of the Lady Vols and and enjoys spending time with her kids and grandchildren.

Mark Mbayo

Mark is a graduate of Africa Renewal Ministries Transformational Christian Leadership Program. He is creative, dynamic, and resourceful. Today, he serves with Africa Renewal Ministry and Wentz Medical Center Clinic in both administration and medical outreach in Kampala, Uganda. Mark is also the partnership administrator in Uganda for the On-Belay missions team.

Mark brings nearly 20 years of experience working with medical device manufacturers, health care systems, hospitals, surgeons, etc… Mark loves the team and is the foundation of On-Belay's culture. Most of all he loves God, his wife Amy, and their three children, Grace, Luke, and Camille.
