Cassie is a trained Dental Assistant. She has been working in the dental field since 2003. Cassie started her career in a private practice from 2003-2009 where she received her training as a dental assistant and in dental insurance. Cassie continued her career at the University of Missouri Kansas City at the Faculty Practice from 2009-2011 where she worked as a dental assistant and handled billing and insurance. Cassie joined our office in 2011. Cassie is a great multi-tasker, she works in both our front and back office. She schedules appointments, plans treatment, assists Dr. Lillis, handles patients' accounts and questions, and works closely with our referring offices coordinating treatment. When Cassie is not at work making patients smile, she enjoys spending time with her husband Briggs and her children Detriana and Roman. Her hobbies include: Reading, sewing, and crafting.
Dr. Patrick Lillis graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a bachelor of science degree majoring in Biomedical Science. After graduation Dr. Lillis attended Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska, where he received his doctor of dental surgery degree. Upon Completion of dental school, Dr. Lillis did a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in Kansas City, Missouri. This University-based residency program provided a heavy emphasis on implants, cosmetic and complex restorative dental modalities. Dr. Lillis' training provided him a unique opportunity to focus and treat extremely difficult dental complexities. He had the opportunity to work under some of the foremost leaders in implant, prosthodontic, and cosmetic dentistry in the Midwest.
Dr. Patrick Lillis is among an elite network of dentists from around the country who routinely work together to discuss the latest dental technology. In addition to running a practice, Dr. Lillis holds the distinction of being a keynote speaker for several dental manufacturers. This allows him to lecture on such topics as dental implants and full mouth rehabilitation utilizing esthetic and adhesive dentistry. Further, Dr. Lillis has had the opportunity to speak at numerous study clubs and larger peer-reviewed meetings nationwide. He routinely carries out these complex dental procedures in his practice both on patient and doctor referrals.
When he isn't running a full time private practice, lecturing, and teaching; he loves spending time with his wife and two children. His hobbies include running, skiing, and golf.
Janae is our Practice Administrator. She started her dental career in 2008 as a dental assistant and joined our team in 2010. Janae specializes in managing the front office and taking care of insurance issues and claims. She enjoys the one-on-one time she has with our patients to assist them in any way possible. She prides herself on making treatment financially affordable for our patients by making sure they get the most out of their dental benefits. Janae's ability to remember almost all of our patients by name makes for a warm and welcome experience. When Janae is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.

Shanda is our Registered Dental Hygienist. Shanda started her career in dentistry as a chair-side dental assistant for her childhood dentist in Dodge City Kansas while pursuing her academic requirements for dental hygiene school. That path led her to the dental hygiene program at Johnson County Community College where she graduated from in 2004 and immediately transitioned into becoming our sole dental hygienist. Her gift of being gentle yet thorough provides our patients with comfortable and professional care and has allowed for her to form many strong bonds and relationships with our patients through the years.
Whether it's a sushi night, grilling in the driveway, or their Monday night cornhole league, Shanda and her husband Nevin love entertaining their neighbors and friends. They also keep entertained and humbled raising their two man-children Gavin and Gaige, whom are entering into the world of young adulthood.
