PASTRIES A-LA CARTE - Key Persons
For owner Kathy Battis, baking has been in her family for many years. Her great grandmother, Ada Rennie, began the tradition after coming to America from England in the early 1900's. Ms. Rennie's legacy was featured in article in a local newspaper article in 1968. The family tradition lives on with Pastries A-La-Carte and the variety of products that can be found throughout the region.
