Olivier Bistro represents true French cuisine and sensibility. We invite you to enjoy classic bistro food done right... Olivier Verdier was born in Pézenas in the South of France. His first taste of the restaurant industry came at age 13, when he worked a summer job at L'Auberge de la Tour Valros. He followed this with four years of Restaurant, Business, and Cooking School, before taking a job at La Presqu'ile, a two Macaron Michelin Restaurant in Cassis. For the next ten years, Olivier worked summers at Les Chimeres and winters at Le Tremplin Courchevel... Located in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, Olivier Bistro serves authentic french dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
