Geordy has been with Pacific Ag Management Inc. since inception in 2010 and is a graduate of Clemson University. He is responsible for the "science" needed to run the farming operation. Geordy is a certified Pest Control Advisor and oversees the fertility program and the pest control program. He also works with the Heritage Equipment Co. to make sure the needs of the farms are met. Geordy is also available to provide input on management decisions regarding: planning, costs, production, capital improvements, etc.

Keith is the owner and founder of Pacific Ag Management, Inc. Keith is a graduate of California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, California where he received his Bachelor of Science degree and Masters Degree. He has a lifetime involvement in farming locally and is a graduate of the California Ag Leadership program. Keith has served on various industries related boards and is well connected with the leaders in the agricultural community. Keith has also become involved in the real estate development industry out of necessity as the urban sprawl in northwest Bakersfield has affected the land owned by Keith's operations.
