In 2002, Barb Olson-Prezgay left her management level position in banking to help start On Target Media.
Barb serves as the Senior Vice President and Founder of On Target Media, and being so detailed oriented, as you'd have to be working at a bank, is primarily responsible for the Accounting and Human Resources, however, has her hands in all other departments as well.
In her spare time she can be found cheering on Peyton Manning (or whoever the quarterback is) and the Broncos with friends. Barb is originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota and enjoys traveling, reading, the outdoors, and trying new extreme experiences, like zip lining, Air Combat, or parasailing, but just hasn't found a need to jump out of a perfectly good airplane, yet. She has two kids, Tyler and Megan, and four dogs, Sparkles, Siroxy, Tula and Dolly.
Brian Prezgay was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Chad comes to On Target Media with a B.S. Degree in Digital Film and Video Production and is proficient with Adobe production / post production applications, as well as motion graphics with Cinema 4D. Past experience includes, Live radio production, broadcast radio production, radio edit, live television news production, and television commercial production.
In 2009 Charlotte graduated from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Shortly after graduation in 2010, she moved to Las Vegas, where she lived until 2013 and worked for a non-profit that helped people facing foreclosure during the real estate market crash. The following year she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she worked for a startup company that created a variety of apps. While working at the startup the CEO of the company saw potential in Charlotte and gave her the chance to do the social media and digital ad buys for the company.
Since then she has learned a lot, worked with a variety of clients and her love for digital marketing has grown. Charlotte loves putting her skills to work to help others and continuing to learn new things.
In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband traveling to new places and also exploring Las Vegas newest restaurants and attractions. She is also a dog mom to an 8 year old Jack Russell Terrier called Grifo.Charlotte
Denise Scherschel has assisted our clients reach their goals since 2012. She does this through content creation, event coordination/promotion, SEO research, and website management, as well as by sharing their stories via social platforms, news articles, and media releases. Additionally, she actively seeks out new training opportunities to grow professionally and stay current with market trends.
In her spare time she enjoys DIY home projects, traveling roads less traveled, training with her rescue pup, writing letters to seniors, traipsing through forests, and experiencing new adventures with family and friends.
Emily Stringer is an experienced content writer from Kentucky. She's written about almost everything. She's knowledgeable in SEO, WordPress, and research. In her spare time, you can find her walking her dog, watching some weird horror movie, doing CrossFit, or cleaning up the coffee she spills almost every day.
Hafid is a web designer and developer with 9 years of experience. He is knowledgeable in the areas of SEO, online advertising, web site analytics, eCommerce, responsive design, social media, graphic design and interactive media.

As an office assistant at On Target Media, Jeffrey Prezgay handles a variety of tasks ranging from general accounting to social media marketing. Leslie Contreras graduated from the Universidad de Sonora Mexico with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. She has been a journalist in Spanish-language media for 22 years. She has developed stories that have given her great satisfaction, because they've informed the Hispanic community on issues of immigration, education, politics, and social programs, among others.
She has also volunteered in the "Plaza Comunitaria" program under the Mexican government that helps Spanish-speaking people in the United States learn to read and write in Spanish or complete their academic studies, for elementary to high school.
Her work skills includes: headlines, press release and article writing, SEO best practices, and translations.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, walking her dog Mirrus, spending time with friends and family, dancing, and enjoying a good coffee.
Liliana (Lily) is an enthusiastic, creative graphic designer at On Target Media with 10+ years of experience developing individual and commercial projects, with proven strengths in creativity, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Within her area of expertise, she excels at several tech tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Google Ads and Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, and eCommerce management.
Liza Olson has been a copywriter and editor for the last ten years. In that time, she's gotten to write for just about every industry and need. She's also an author with three novels out in the world, has been nominated for Best of the Net and Best Small Fictions, and she previously edited for the literary magazines Cease, Cows, The Citron Review, and (mac)ro(mic). When not writing, she can often be found wandering Chicago's lakeshore or wrangling cats.
Lizenia Contreras graduated from UNIVER University in Baja California with a degree in Education. She has honed her skills and knowledge across a variety of professional domains, including guiding and instructing students in the legal sector, as well as providing support to lawyers. Furthermore, she has a background as a real estate consultant.
Megan Hunt has been groomed to be her mother's personal assistant since birth. While she began working as an office assistant in 2017, she has now graduated to the exalted position of being Barb's personal gopher.
She grew up in Boulder City isolated from all civilization, so naturally her college degree is in cosmetology. In her free time, she is a crazy craft lady who likes to knit hats and little stuffed dinosaurs. Oh, and she likes to eat.
In 2023, Michelle Renz became part of On Target Media, taking on the role of a media coordinator. Her responsibilities encompass aiding the team in tracking and organizational tasks related to media orders, budgeting, monitoring live campaigns, and handling various logistical duties.
Outside of work, she cherishes moments with her husband and three children, indulging in her passion for baking whenever she can find the time.
Natalie Huck joins us from Scottville, Michigan - but don't let her small-town background fool you. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2003. A year later, she moved to Las Vegas and has worked at Letizia Mass Media and The Geary Company before officially joining our team as our Media Buyer in 2006.
Since working with us, Natalie has aggressively handled all of our media buying needs (and everything else in between). Natalie is known for her feisty personality and "will not take NO for an answer" attitude. Our clients enjoy working with her and our team is incomplete without her.

Sarah Hartley joined On Target Media, Inc. in 2024 as a traffic coordinator. Her responsibilities include coordinating traffic for a variety of media campaigns, keeping track of outdoor media contracts, and handling various logistical duties.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her cat, Ash, whose playful personality keeps her and her husband entertained.

Tyler officially joined the operations side of On Target Media as office assistant in 2012. His real passion is in Special Effects Makeup. He has a magical touch in helping clients always have a "good side" on camera. You can see all of his work in our commercials. Tyler is also skilled at transforming clients into new characters when needed… he's your guy when you need basic powdering to complete transformations into zombies, monsters, cone heads and the like.
Tyler grew up in Boulder City, Nevada and graduated from Elegance International (EI) School of Professional Makeup with a degree in Artistry of Makeup. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, bowling and hiking to the hot springs in Boulder City.
