Gary Leff - CEO

Gary has extensive expertise in real property operations, leasing, financing, management, construction, development, acquisitions and dispositions. He started out building single family homes, diversified into commercial properties, and over 40 years in the business he has built a portfolio that today owns or controls over 2 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and residential property, primarily in Southern California. Gary's real estate industry involvement has extended beyond development and financing into other related businesses, as co-founder of Execu-Data, Inc and as a founding investor in ARCS Commercial Mortgage LP. ARCS was one of the largest originators of FNMA multi-family loans and was acquired by PNC Bank. Mr. Leff received his bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge.

Heather Farley - CFO

Heather is responsible for finance, accounting, cash management and human resources at PCS. She also is CFO of Mid Valley Properties and its related companies, where her experience has included overseeing asset management, financial reporting, cash management, tax compliance and risk management for over 40 legal entities. Heather started her career at Ernst &Young LLP as a manager in their Technology, Communications and Entertainment practice serving both public and private companies. She has extensive experience in assurance and advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and public filings. Heather is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Management degree from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Ian Jack

Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Surety Financial Services, a California based regional mortgage bank. Served from 1993 through 2013 when it was sold to Wintrust Financial Corporation (WTFC). Over 30 years of senior level experience in growth and management of Mortgage Banking Operations, including 8 years at Continental Savings, a Federally Insured Savings and Loan. Responsibilities included setting policy, supervision and regulatory compliance for budget and profitability, lending procedures, quality control, secondary market, loan servicing, delinquency, default and REO.

John Hollingsworth

John Hollingsworth helped found OneSource Affiliate Southern California after a combined 25 year experience at Colliers International and CBRE. As Executive Managing Director at CBRE and Colliers, Mr. Hollingsworth was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the firm's 4 local offices-including Ontario, South Bay, Commerce and City of Industry. Mr. Hollingsworth oversaw the country's top real estate brokerage teams and a client roster that included Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Aerospace, Nissan and Tyco.

Keith Jacobs

Co-Founder and President of Surety Financial Services, a California based regional mortgage bank. Served from 1993 through 2013 when it was sold to Wintrust Financial Corporation (WTFC). Over 26 years of experience as a Senior Mortgage Executive and top producing Loan Originator. Proven pedigree of overseeing loan originators and sales managers, as well as communicating the company vision and goals for quality, service and volume. Adept at running and developing all aspects of the loan fulfillment center, including processing, underwriting, funding, post-closing and investor delivery.

Richard B. Shapiro

For over thirty years Richard has been active in all aspects of the commercial real estate business including development, leasing, management and repositioning. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Wincorp Realty Investments, Inc. an American Stock Exchange listed REIT, Vice President of Elins Development Company, and EDM Equities, Inc. Richard serves as an Advisor to Partners Capital Solutions, Inc. In 2004, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Richard to serve as a Commissioner of the California Horse Racing Board where he served as Chairman until December 2008. Formerly, he served as Vice Chairman of the Parkinson's Institute, a world renowned research organization leading the way to find the cause and cure for Parkinson's disease. He was also a Trustee of the Permanently Disabled Jockey Endowment and the Founder of the Richard B. Shapiro Vision Fund at Jules Stein Eye Institute of UCLA. Currently he is on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Police Foundation and Ride On a therapeutic horsemanship non profit corporation. Richard received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.

Shelley Magoffin

Shelley comes to PCS with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance both as a mortgage banker and lender and has consistently ranked as a leading producer. Most recently Shelley was an Executive Vice President with Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital. Prior to Bellwether, Shelley was SVP and West Coast Regional Co-Manager of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, which acquired Dwyer-Curlett & Co. where she was President and CEO for 15+/- years. Under Shelley's leadership Dwyer-Curlett's servicing portfolio grew from $1 Billion to $4 Billion.

Tim White

Tim was Partner Capital Solution's Chief Operating Officer prior to his retirement from the company. Previously, Tim was with ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co., L.P. and its acquirer, PNC Bank, from 1993 - 2015. He served as President of PNC ARCS LLC, and most recently, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of PNC Real Estate's Multifamily segment. The ARCS platform has been one of the nation's largest multifamily lenders for the past two decades, originating more than $45 billion. ARCS/PNC was recognized in several years during Tim's employment tenure as Fannie Mae's largest DUS lender, and received several awards from Fannie Mae for operational excellence as well. Tim has served on numerous multifamily committees for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, including 9 years on Fannie Mae's DUS Advisory Council (4 as Vice Chairman). In 2014, Tim received special recognition and a Lifetime Service Award from Fannie Mae. Tim is also a licensed California attorney, and having served of counsel to Pillsbury Madison & Sutro from 1990 - 1993, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company from 1980 - 1989. Tim began his career as an attorney in the Law Division of United California Bank, where he worked from 1977 - 1980. Tim was admitted to the California bar in December, 1977, having received his JD degree from Santa Clara University in 1977, and his undergraduate degree with distinction, from San Jose State University in 1974.
