My successful career came from experience as l embarked on my mission to encourage people to be healthy, more fit and be an inspiration to others in my health and fitness field... My background as a collegiate scholarship athlete, a Miss Mississippi College pageant contestant, and jobs pre/post college that led me to be a Health Director, Corporate Wellness Specialist, Sport Medicine Physical Therapist Assistant, and Dietetic Technician/Consultant. These experiences forged my early stage entrepreneurial spirit.
