Danny has more than 20 years of experience within insurance company (Fubon), broker (Aon) and industrial Groups as Risk Manager with a proven track record in leading effective Enterprise-wide Risk Management framework, Business Continuity Management, Multinational Insurance Program and Internal Auditing in mature and emerging markets with cross culture working leadership.
Danny is also a Board Member of Pan-Asia Risk & Insurance Management Association (PARIMA), which is the first professional association for risk and insurance managers/practitioners based in Asia. He is also a chairperson in Science Based Industrial Park Branch of Risk Management Society Taiwan and a certified lecturer in University in Taiwan.
He holds a doctorate degree in Finance and Banking from National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. With specializations in Risk Management and Insurance, he holds a postgraduate degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK and a BA from National ChengChi University in Taiwan.

Since September 2011 Franck Baron is Group Deputy Director at International SOS (the world's leading medical and travel security Services Company) in charge of Risk Management & Insurance. He's dualy based in Singapore and in France.
Previously he was in charge of Business Development for Risk Consulting activites within AXA Corporate Solutions. He was Vice-President - Global Insurance & Risk Management for Firmenich (World Leader in Fragrance and Flavor Industry) in Geneva (Switzerland) since November 2003 and in Princeton (USA) since 2008. He was Deputy Director of the Risk Management Division of Groupe DANONE when he was specifically in charge of the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management program and Regional Risk Manager for Africa, Europe and Middle-East. He worked for 2 years as Risk Manager Deputy for MARS (US based Food Cy) in Europe and then he became Key International Account Executive respectively for Aon and Marsh (World leaders in the Brokerage industry) during 6 years.
He was the founding Chairman of PARIMA (Pan Asia Risk & Insurance Management Association) until December 2023, the asian regional risk managers association and Treasurer & he's presently the President of IFRIMA (International Federation of Risk and Insurance Management Associations).
He was Vice-Chairman, Board Member and Head of Education for AMRAE (the French Risk managers Association) until end of 2003. He was Board Member of the SIRM (Swiss Risk Managers Association) from 2004 to 2009. He was Board Member of FERMA until August 2009.
He hold Masters in Political Sciences and Management Master, as well as in Risk Management. He's Associate in Risk Management (ARM) as well as European Fellow in Applied Risk Management.
He's Certified Director from the INSEAD International Directors Programme since 2017.
He holds the European FERMA RIMAP risk management Certification (since 2016).
He received the 2007 European Risk Manager of the Year Award and the 2014 Asian Corporate Risk Manager of the Year Award.

Mr Mumenthaler is a Federal Insurance Expert, licensed in Switzerland, former member of the Board of Directors of the Potomac Chapter of RIMS (Risk & Insurance Management Society, Inc.) and also a past member of RIMS' International Committee. Jan is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences and also a past member of the Private Sector Advisory Group to the UN-ISDR.

Kei Masuyama is the Risk Manager of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.(MHI). He is responsible for managing MHI Global Insurance Program.
After graduating from Keio University in 2000, he joined Tokio Marine Insurance Company and mainly responsible for commercial insurance sales and property underwriting.
In 2014, he joined Zurich Insurance Company Japan Branch as a Head of Property and in charge of property case underwriting as well as portfolio management in the country.

Keith is Chief Risk Officer of Meinian Onehealth Healthcare, where he oversees Risk, governance, Compliance, internal Control, Crisis Management, Insurance.
He was the head of Risk Management of Intercontinental Hotel Group Greater China. He lead the risk management works for IHG great china region, including but not limited to the safety, insurance and reputation protection of more than 200 hotels, reputation protection and corporate safety resilience works cross Greater China Region. He is the company compliance committee member and works closely with the company operation committee and internal auditing team in managing the risks associated with the company.
Before joining IHG, Keith was an experienced Highly Protected Risk (HPR) consultant, having 10 years risk management consulting experience in multinational companies and had provided risk management consulting for large numbers of fortune 500 companies. He set up and lead the structure risk solution team in Asia via providing financing risk solutions to companies for their finance quantative risk decision. He is a fire protection specialist certified by NFPA(USA), a licensed safety engineer, a certified Level 1 Thermographer and a licensed fire protection project manager by Chinese Government authority. The companies he had been provided risk consulting services including but not limited to Walmart, Carrefour, IBM, B&Q, GM, VOLVO, GSMC, Hynix, Seagate, Shanghai EXPO, HK Metro and airport et.
Acting as key members of the BRR (Business Reputation and Responsibility) at GC, he also attended and delivered speechs at high numbers of risk and safety forums as well as charity activities.
He also delivered risk management speeches for academy activities to contribute the community and society.

Ma. Victoria A. Tan is currently the Head of Group Risk Management and Sustainability Unit of Ayala Corporation, one of the largest and most respected Philippine conglomerates with leadership positions in various sectors. Vickie, as she is known, supports the Chief Risk and Sustainability Officer and implements policy and programs designed to increase risk and sustainability awareness within the group. She also manages the group insurance optimization program, the conglomerate-wide annual sustainability reporting process, and the annual Integrated Summit.
Vickie has been awarded as one of Asia's Sustainability Superwomen in 2019 by CSR Works for her contributions to the field. In the same year, she also received the Asia Pacific's Risk Manager and Risk Management Team of the year by the Strategic Risk. In 2017, the Ayala Group also achieved the Top CSR Advocates in Asia Award by ACES Awards, and the Asia Pacific's Best Enterprise Risk Programme under her leadership. In 2016, she received the CSR Leadership Award by CMO Asia.

Maggie has been working in insurance industry for over 16 years. She is now based in Beijing as the regional risk manager of Cummins Inc. in charge of Greater China, Singapore, Japan, and Mongolia. She is responsible for company business continuity planning, loss prevention, insurance procumbent and claim management.
Before joining Cummins, Maggie had been working in insurance broker industry for 8 years.
Maggie is the member of American Insurance Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter; she is a designated CPCU (Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter) and ARM (Associate in Risk Management).
Maggie graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, major in insurance. And she got her MBA degree in 2014 from Peking University.

Maxwell joined Rolls-Royce in 2008 and is an Enterprise Risk Manager covering Asia Pacific, based in Singapore since 2012. Maxwell has been leading the implementation and development of Enterprise Risk Management throughout the region. This includes improving risk maturity, business continuity readiness and deploying risk management by working closely with the Regional Director network. Maxwell is also a key member of the Risk and Compliance governance structure for Rolls-Royce Singapore
Prior to this, Maxwell was a Project Manager for New Services Development in Civil Aerospace based in Derby UK. Maxwell worked closely with Boeing, Airbus, Aircelle, Goodrich- some of the key Rolls-Royce Aerospace customers included British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines, and Thai Airways. During this time Maxwell focused on Project and business case risks.
Maxwell started his career at Rolls-Royce on the Project Management Professional Excellence scheme which included placements in Derby, Bristol and Berlin. Maxwell was involved in Civil Aerospace Operations, Engine Aftermarket risk management, and whilst in Defence worked closely with the US Marine Corps, and the UK Ministry of Defence.

Rashidah Alias is the Chief Risk Officer for Petroliam Nasional Berhad ("PETRONAS"), a global energy group recognised as one of the largest corporations in the world. In this role, she leads and shapes the institutionalisation of risk management within the PETRONAS Group. This includes providing stewardship and sound advisory as regards the balance of risk and reward across businesses and multiple stakeholders as well as risk capability development within the Group.
She began her career at Arthur Andersen, a firm of Chartered Accountants where she was involved in audit and various advisory assignments. Since joining PETRONAS, she has undertaken several roles including senior management positions in the areas of corporate planning, finance and accounts services as well as treasury. Prior to her current role, she was the Chief Financial Officer for PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad, a leading integrated chemicals producer in Malaysia and PETRONAS' biggest public listed company.

She has also served as Director, Corporate Finance for NUHS before her current role where she oversees the financials of 3 entities.
Prior to joining NUHS, Sandy was the Chief Financial Officer of SportsHub Pte Ltd, a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) project with the Sports Singapore to design, build, finance and operate the start-of-the-art, fully integrated sports, entertainment & lifestyle hub. She was one of the pioneer in the construction development, implemented financial strategies and framework to ensure accountability and sustainability of the project. Steve Tunstall is a business risk management expert with almost thirty years experience in both running companies and helping them change. He has been the Head of Risk and Insurance for Genting Singapore and Cathay Pacific Airways and held the post of Managing Director or equivalent in five companies in four countries. With experience in twenty countries in Asia as well as the EU, Africa and USA Steve brings a broad based, practical approach to the management of both risk and opportunities. He currently works as a part time risk manager based in Singapore and is the General Secretary of the Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association.

Suchitra started her career in London where she helped organizations design and implement risk frameworks as well as structure risk transfer mechanisms. She has successfully worked with senior stakeholders and boards to define and instill risk management.
At Revantage Asia, Suchitra leads the Risk & Insurance team, working with Blackstone's real estate portfolio in Asia Pacific to optimise insurance and operational risk management.
Suchitra has a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics and Statistics from University College London and is a qualified chartered accountant.
