Plastic Form, Inc. established in 1985, is a custom plastic vacuum specializing in vacuum thermo forming, inline packaging, and die cutting, vacuum forming of thin and heavy gauge plastics. We provide in-house design, prototypes, molds, and fixtures as well as secondary assembly, and custom production fixtures.
