Austin Aranda

Austin attended school at Touro University Nevada where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He also attended school at the University of Nevada, Reno where he received his Bachelor's degree. Austin has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2013. He is certified in Dry Needling and in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) from Gray Institute. Austin is also bio certified in blood flow restriction training. His favorite thing about working at PPT is watching patients progress and watching them get back to activities that were once limited or impossible. In his spare time, Austin loves spending time with his wife and their two sons. He also enjoys hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, and biking. Austin is also fluent in Spanish/EspaƱol!

Becca Kane

Becca has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since November 2021! She has over 7 years of experience working in the medical and insurance industries. She came on board at our Carson City Office as the front office manager. Becca oversees all the front desk day to day operations and is always there to answer all your questions. Her favorite thing about working at PPT is the staff camaraderie. She also loves seeing the patients' journey and progression through the physical therapy process. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, do almost anything outdoors, and watch/play soccer!

Chris Amundson

Chris attended school at the Pacific University in Forest Grove where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He also attended school at the University of Nevada, Reno where he received his Masters of Science and Winona State University where he received his BS with a specialization in Athletic Training. Chris has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2007 and has 12 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and 10 years as an Athletic Trainer. He specializes in many different areas including, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics and Manual Therapy. He is certified as an Applied Functional Specialist (CAFS), certified Mulligan Practitioner and was formerly certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Athletic Trainer. His favorite thing about working at PPT is the daily interaction with patients and the ability to help them achieve their goals. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his amazing family, skiing, boating and camping.

Eric Martineau

Eric is originally from San Diego, California and obtained his BS in Biological Sciences from California State University of San Marcos. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He began his career as an outpatient physical therapist for John Muir Health, a large hospital system in the San Francisco Bay Area. He worked with patients across the lifespan, and developed expertise in the evaluation/treatment of balance/vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, and orthopedic conditions/athletic injuries. Eric holds advanced certification in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Movement System Impairment Syndromes (MSIS). He also has training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and the Kinesio/Rocktape taping methods. Eric is a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. Eric's favorite part about being a physical therapist is the relationships he builds with his patients as well as the opportunity to help them develop the tools they need to overcome their "diagnosis". In his free time, Eric enjoys time with his wife and two young sons. On weekends, you can find him fishing, hiking, mountain biking, or working on vehicles (of all kinds). Fun fact, Eric is an identical twin and his twin is a physical therapist, too.

Jeannine Cassettari

Jeannine has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2013 and has worked in the healthcare/insurance field for 20 years. Jeannine works at our Reno location and oversees everything insurance related for all 3 clinics. Her favorite thing about her job is the daily challenge, insurance is always changing, and she loves the challenge that comes with it. Her favorite thing about working at PPT is hearing patients' successes when they complete PT, it is very rewarding. In her spare time, Jeannine loves spending time with her husband and their 2 children, camping, and spending time with girlfriends.

Justine Trapp

Justine has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2016. She works at our Sparks location as the Office Manager. Justine attended school at the University of Nevada, Reno where she received her Bachelor's in 2013. Justine's favorite thing about working at PPT is getting to know all the patients. She loves when patients come back to visit, nothing makes her happier than hearing updates on what is going on in their lives once they have completed physical therapy. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and their dog, camping, hiking, traveling, cooking, and visiting with friends.

Laura Arnold

Laura has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2008 and has worked in the Healthcare/Dental field since 2005. Laura handles all day to day operations of all 3 clinics as well the business side of things. Her favorite thing about working at Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is the office staff, she loves that it is one big family and that everyone supports one another through the day. She also loves seeing patients love physical therapy after they didn't believe it would help them. In her spare time, Laura loves spending time with her husband and their two children. She also loves going on family vacations, days at the park, spa days and of course time with her close friends.

Marc Magstadt

Marc attended school at California State University, Sacramento where he received his Masters of Physical Therapy. He also attended school at the University of Nevada, Reno where he received his Bachelors degree in Health Ecology. Marc has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2016 and has 4 years experience as a Physical Therapist. Prior to joining PPT Marc spent 2 years working in Acute Rehab at Renown Rehabilitation and 2 years at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Marc is also a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His favorite thing about working as a Physical Therapist is the reward of seeing a person achieve their goals and being able to help them perform a daily task or activity they couldn't previously perform. In his spare time, Marc enjoys being with his family especially his two sons. Marc also enjoys family outings to baseball games, hiking, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding and playing fetch with his 2 labs.

Shane Collins

Shane attended school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He also attended school at the University of Nevada, Reno where he received his Bachelors degree in Community Health Science. Shane has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2016. He enjoys helping people and connecting with patients. He also loves the movement and bio mechanics of the human body. In his spare time, Shane enjoys skiing, cycling, backpacking and traveling. He loves anything outdoors and loves the snow! Shane has competed in ski racing internationally and also ski raced for the University of Nevada, Reno ski team.

Shelbie Webb

Shelbie has been with Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since 2012 and works at our Reno location as the Front Office Manager. Shelbie oversees all front desk operations and always has a smile on her face. Before joining the team, she worked in the dental field for 5 years. She enjoys the family atmosphere and unity at PPT. In her spare time, Shelbie loves to go camping, spend time with family and friends, and any adventure with her husband and puppy.
