Pondhill Processing is a State Inspected meat processing plant. We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation procedures and our plant is HACCP certified... Custom smoking is any meat brought in by customer that is not butchered by us. All custom smoking is processed and labeled NOT FOR SALE. We accept boneless meat year round. We also smoke fish, wild turkeys, etc... WE ALSO SELL BEEF by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole for $3.29 per lb or PORK by the 1/2 or whole for $2.29 per lb. (hanging weight)
