In 2002, we invested in new computers and software to provide better access and information to our service technicians and the customer service staff. In 2009 due to ever expanding service needs we remodeled our current facility adding more square footage for our service technicians. As part of the new remodel our technicians are able to utilize current factory authorized service equipment and are provided with up-to-date training on the newest technologies. Another aspect of the 2009 remodel was the addition of a new sales floor dedicated to the sale of used appliances. Every appliance we sell has been thoroughly gone through and tested by our technicians. Each comes with a free 90 day warranty in our service area... We service some of the largest manufacturers in the industry, and we are constantly developing new relationships to serve your needs.
