Akin Adekeye - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Akin Adekeye is SVP & General Counsel at Quickbase, is responsible for leading the legal function. He has more than 20 years of experience representing a variety of organizations, including technology companies navigating the legal landscape as they scale.
Prior to joining Quickbase, Akin served as General Counsel at 4 Over International, a wholesale trade printer, and led the legal and business development teams at Innovative Interfaces. Akin has worked on in-house legal teams across industries, including roles at Microsoft, Wolters Kluwer, Caradigm and more. Before his in-house experience, Akin began his legal career at Clifford Chance focused on capital markets; he actually started his career as a software engineer.
Outside of work, Akin serves as co-founder and director of the non-profit organization Community Based Development Partners, focused on providing health and education support to rural communities in Nigeria.
Akin holds a bachelor's degree with a dual major in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport, an MBA and master's in Strategic Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and a J.D. from the Howard University School of Law.

Ed Jennings joined Quickbase as chief executive officer in May 2020 and has a proven track record of accelerating enterprise growth for SaaS leaders. His unique strengths combine innovative market strategies, velocity sales leadership, and extraordinary team building.
Prior to joining Quickbase, Ed was chief operating officer at Mimecast, where he was responsible for the global marketing, sales and services teams and helped bring the company public in 2015. Under his leadership, Mimecast expanded its footprint into the enterprise space, grew its annual revenue from $82M to over $400M in four years, and scaled the team from 350 employees to 1,800, while expanding offices internationally.
In addition to his recent role at Mimecast, Ed has held marketing leadership roles at PTC and Veracode; at the latter, he defined the go-to-market strategy that enabled the company to quadruple revenues during his nearly four-year tenure. Veracode was sold to Computer Associates in 2017. He also has served as CEO for SaaS workflow solution Copanion that was acquired by Drake Software in 2010.
Ed is on the advisory board of Ten Eleven Ventures and the Cyber Resilience Think Tank. He is a regular speaker on a range of digital transformation and technology topics at Gartner, Forrester and FS-ISAC conferences.
Ed is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Jon Kennedy is Chief Technology Officer at Quickbase, where he is responsible for leading all aspects of software development, platform operations, and engineering processes in support of Quickbase's technology and innovation roadmap.
Jon brings more than two decades of experience building technical organizations to help companies successfully grow. Prior to Quickbase, he was at Amazon Web Services, where he led the development, launch, and growth of a new data and migration service, AWS DataSync. While at AWS he also managed all aspects of software development and operations for the AWS Storage Gateway Volume/Tape Service. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Software Development at SimpliVity, the leader in hyperconverged infrastructure until it was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was responsible for the development, release, and delivery of the Simplivity's OmniStack software. Jon was also a Director of Engineering at Sepaton, acquired by Hitachi Data Systems, and a Technical Staff member at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Jon has a B.S. in Physics from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as a master's degree in Physics from Boston University.

Josh Allen is the Chief Revenue Officer at Quickbase, where he is propelling the company into its next phase of growth by scaling the sales organization and cultivating a culture of relentless customer focus.
With more than two decades of experience, he is known for building highly efficient, high-performing customer-facing teams. Prior to Quickbase, Josh was with Stage 2 Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage technology companies, as a Limited Partner since its founding in 2018.
Josh has led sales teams at some of the world's most renowned and rapidly expanding tech firms, helping drive their explosive growth. As Drift's inaugural CRO, he established a sales team that spearheaded the company's most substantial growth years, escalating annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $20 million to $60 million within two years, culminating in the company's acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. While at CarGurus, Josh drove revenue growth from $120 million to $440 million, ultimately aiding in the company's initial public offering in 2017. Over his 10-year tenure at LogMeIn, he was part of the company's evolution from a modest $3 million ARR startup to a publicly traded enterprise with $360 million in revenue.
Josh has a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
Kelly Hall is Chief Customer Officer at Quickbase, where she is designing a customer journey that focuses on a full experience and ensures value is delivered at every stage.
Kelly has spent 25 years in the tech industry, 19 of them working with technology providers, specializing in creating and leading the engagement strategy between brands and customers, and creating a 360-degree view of the customer experience to large B2B technology companies.
Prior to joining Quickbase, Kelly served as Vice President of Cisco's CS&A organization. She has also held leadership positions with CA Technologies, Vision Critical, Malwarebytes, and BMC Software.

Kim Eaton is an Operating Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners, a market-leading investment firm that specializes in investments in the software, data, & technology industries. She currently serves on the board of Applause Software, Acquia, Dealer Socket, Quickbase, SmartBear, and Tribute Technologies.
Kim was previously CEO of Aptean, leading the successful M&A strategy & execution of seventeen acquisitions, adding substantial revenue and profit growth to the business, along with driving significant improvements in employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Aptean, Kim was the President and General Manager of the Hospitality & Travel business at NCR.
Kim is an active mentor and is involved with several philanthropies, including the Pathbuilders Achieva program, and the Young Men's Service League. In 2016, Kim was recognized as a Women of the Year finalist by Women in Technology - Atlanta.
Lisa Campbell has over 25 years of software industry leadership experience with extensive knowledge in business and industry strategy in SaaS software serving all customer segments from enterprise to SMB. She has expertise in brand positioning, category creation, digital go-to-market strategy, revenue performance marketing, building brands, communications strategy, and business development and partnerships.
At both Fortune 500 companies and startups, Lisa has successfully partnered with leadership teams to transform brands, accelerate growth, and launch new products and business models in the marketplace. She has successfully managed established lines of businesses and incubated new business lines. She also serves as an independent board director at Dropbox where she is a member of the Audit and Nomination & Government committees.
Lisa served as Chief Marketing Officer of OneTrust for three years. Prior to OneTrust, Lisa spent 18 years at Autodesk, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Business Strategy & Marketing and led multiple vertical business lines as well as building the foundation for the companies ecommerce business. She also served as Chairman of the Board of the Autodesk Foundation for four years.

Matt Person is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Quickbase. He brings more than 20 years of experience helping companies create and capture enterprise value, with a background in consulting, investment banking, M&A, and executive management.
Before joining Quickbase, Matt established and led global Corporate Development departments for Green Street, a SaaS provider of commercial real estate (CRE) data and analytics, and technology-focused market intelligence company International Data Group (IDG).
Prior to that, Matt served in a variety of corporate development and investment banking roles with Stepping Stones Group and Capstone Partners and also enjoyed a long tenure in executive management within the professional sports industry.

Paul von Autenried is an experienced board member and CEO advisor, with four decades of experience strategically leveraging information technology and digital innovation to drive superior performance in the high-tech, biopharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries.
Most recently, he was chief information officer (CIO) at Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company, for 11 years, managing the Information Technology function. Before Bristol Myers Squibb, Paul held positions with Kraft General Foods, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM.
In addition to his position on the Quickbase board, Paul is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Penn Medicine Princeton Healthcare System, a board observer and CEO advisor for Intelepeer, SafeGuard Cyber, and CTM Insights, and a member of the President's Leadership Council at Stevens Institute of Technology.
Paul holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Pino Soro is the Chief of Staff at Quickbase where he oversees a diverse team encompassing revenue operations, customer operations, product operations, operational excellence, and Enterprise Program Management. With a robust career spanning over two decades in the software industry, Pino brings a wealth of experience in driving transformational change, aligning strategy with operational execution, and breaking down silos to foster strong cross-functional execution.
Before joining Quickbase, Pino held several senior roles in business transformation and operations, most recently at Mimecast where he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and SVP of Business Transformation. In his role at Mimecast, he supported taking the company private, built the Business Transformation Office responsible for driving strategic value-creation programs post-transaction, and established corporate and board of directors operating rhythm. Prior to Mimecast, Pino held leadership roles at Cyberark, SimpliVity, and PTC.

Rod Aliabadi joined Vista in 2008 and sits on the Vista Flagship Funds' Investment Committee. Rod sits on the boards of Acquia, EAB, Integral Ad Science, Mediaocean, Numerator, Ping Identity (NYSE: PING), Quickbase, and TripleLift. He was also involved in Vista's investments in Aderant, BigMachines, Forcepoint, Mitratech, Relias Learning, SirsiDynix, Stats Perform, SumTotal, TIBCO and Websense.
Prior to joining Vista, Rod worked at the Stanford Genome Technology Center focusing on the development of nanotechnology-driven diagnostics. During his time at Stanford, Rod became involved with the creation and spin-out of NextBio, a provider of SaaS-based products for integrating corporate and public data from sequencing and microarray technologies (acquired by Illumina in 2013).

Shannon Bracken joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015. Shannon currently works with the firm's investments in EagleView, Mindbody, Numerator, Pluralsight, Salesloft, Quickbase and Vivid Seats. She sits on the boards of Drift, EagleView, Mindbody, Pipedrive, Pluralsight, Salesloft and Quickbase, and was actively involved in the firm's investments in Finastra, Khoros, Marketo and Tripleseat.Prior to joining Vista, Shannon worked at Perella Weinberg Partners in the Restructuring and General Mergers and Acquisitions group. While at Perella Weinberg, Shannon worked in verticals including gaming, retail, financial services and energy, among others. Sherri Kottmann is Quickbase's Chief People Officer, creating and driving the vision for the overall employee experience through leadership of talent acquisition, business partner, HR operations, employee engagement, and D&I practices. She joined in September 2021 and is committed to unlocking the potential of every employee and fostering a culture of growth, support and inclusion.
Sherri has been championing the employee experience at fast-growing organizations, both private and public, for more than 20 years. She spent 12 years at Forrester, most recently serving as CPO, where she evolved the Employee Experience practice into an empathetic, data-driven, transparent, and trusted partner to the business. During her time in this role, she led the COVID-19 response, designed a fully reconstructed flex work program, and established Forrester's Diversity & Inclusion vision and strategy, including standing up their first employee-led and exec-sponsored D&I council. Prior to Forrester, she served in both HR and sales roles at EF Educational Tours.

Steve Webber is Chief Operational Officer at Quickbase, where he is responsible for overseeing the organization's operations, systems, and finances. He is a seasoned industry leader with more than 25 years of financial management and executive leadership.
Prior to joining Quickbase, Steve has held a number of financial and operations leadership roles with technology companies, both public and private. Most recently, he was CFO at Carbon Black; he also worked as Chief Operating Officer and CFO at Syniti (formally BackOffice Associates) and CFO at Cynosure. Steve also spent 19 years at EMC Corporation-in his last role there, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Virtustream, a $450 million stand-alone SaaS subsidiary.

Tim Daniels is Quickbase's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing strategic finance and business operations across the organization. He joined Quickbase from Momentus Technologies, where he served as CFO. Prior to Momentus, Tim was a member of the portfolio operations team at Cove Hill Partners, a private equity firm focused on technology businesses with $4.5 billion in commitments. He has also held finance leadership roles with OpsGenie (now part of Atlassian) as CFO, and Turbonomic (now part of IBM) as vice president of Finance. He started his career as a consultant for both Bain & Company and Analysis Group.
Tim holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
