I am trained in Psychosynthesis counselling which is a holistic transpersonal therapy with a practical edge. This means that when working together we will include your mind, body, feelings and spiritual essence and will explore your untapped potential as well as your current and past issues... We will work at your pace and may use a range of mediums such as body work, drawing, dreams, guided imagery, keeping a journal, chair work, and family systems and would only do so with your consent. These mediums can be effective in resolving inner conflict; accessing uncomfortable emotions; highlighting your relationship to different aspects of yourself; giving insight; and contacting your inner wisdom.
