One of the founding partners and is the Administrator of Regency Home Health Care. As an Administrator his primary clinical duties are shared with the administrative responsibilities of the agency. As a founder, he and his partners have established the high level of clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient care.
Dr. Yousef earned a BS in Physical Therapy in 1989 and advanced Master of Science in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 1995 and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2016. After over 80,000 treatments and many continuing education courses in manual therapy, he is considered a master clinician and a resource for other staff members. Dr. Yousef's clinical expertise is held in such high regard that many physicians and physical therapists from other organizations come to him for treatment.

Josie has worked in all aspects of Home Health Care Services since 2007. In her former roles her responsibilities included Staffing, Therapy Coordination, and Office Management. Josie joined the Regency Team in 2015 as a Therapy Coordinator and was promoted to Business Manager in 2020. Josie's experience and knowledge makes her an asset to our team of professional staff and clinicians.
