Alan Reynolds has been a rent roll and real estate agency broker under the Milton Realty Agency Sales and Services banner since 2005.
Alan entered the real estate industry in 1971 and has operated his own real estate agencies in Beenleigh, Surfers Paradise, Southport, Runaway Bay, and Chevron Island. He has also served as a Director of The Professionals real estate group and as President of the Gold Coast branch of the REIQ.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Alan trained as an accountant and earned a degree in Commerce from the University of Queensland. In addition, he has also been involved in project management and managing a large residential building company.
With his background in real estate, his extensive experience as a real estate agency broker, and his valuable local knowledge of the Gold Coast, Alan is eminently qualified in advising you of the market value of your real estate business and rent roll.
Ray Milton has joined us as a consultant to our management team.
Ray has been in the industry for 50 years, primarily on the Gold Coast, and he has extensive experience in many areas of real estate. He has held the position of State President of the REIQ for a number of years as well as serving on various government institutions including the Board of the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA).
