RICK BUTLER METAL ART

My interest in welding began in high school and has been a part of my life since then. It has been both a job and a hobby over the years. In the early 90's I was inspired by a Tom Torrens' display at the Nut Tree in Vacaville California , and began making one of a kind bells, clocks, and candelabras. More recently I have been making totems, garden sculptures, and garden panels. I like contrast and try to use color, dissimilar metals, and organic material in each piece.
