Andre brings a career in networking, recruiting, and advocacy to his work as an Associate at Rich Talent Group.
Prior to joining RTG, Andre served as Special Assistant and Board Liaison at the Victory Fund and Institute in Washington, DC-the only national organization dedicated to electing openly LGBTQ people who can further equality at all levels of government. At Victory, he handled board member relations and recruitment for three fiduciary boards in addition to assisting Mayor Annise Parker. Previously, Andre held roles as Executive Assistant/Director of Special Projects and Interim Deputy Chief of Staff for Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, IN and Staff Assistant to Senator Joseph Donnelly (D-IN).
Andre graduated from Wabash College with a B.A. in Rhetoric and received his MBA from The Raymond A. Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary. He is originally from Providence, RI, and in his spare time enjoys weightlifting, strategy games, and traveling.

Having lived and worked in India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the UAE, Bhoomika brings a passion for building relationships across cultures and a global perspective to her work as an Associate at Rich Talent Group.
Bhoomika's prior experience includes work in human resources at Johnson & Johnson, the Godrej Group, and The Global Education & Leadership Foundation; and a management consulting internship for the Spanish National Institute of Public Administration.
Bhoomika was born in New Delhi, India. She graduated from University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Intergroup Relations and Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gaming, and curating playlists.

Charlotte brings a passion for client services and a background in executive recruiting to her work as an Associate at Rich Talent Group. She's helped recruit executive leaders in Marketing, Communications, on to Boards, and in other functional areas.
Throughout her recruiting career, she's partnered with many clients in Venture Capital and Private Equity, and at RTG has worked with companies including Eventbrite, Reformation, GoFundMe, and H&R Block, among others.
Charlotte graduated with a B.A. in History and Leadership Studies from Williams College, where she was also a member of the Women's Varsity Squash Team.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, Ella brings more than a decade of experience in executive support and hospitality, as well as art consulting.
Prior to Rich Talent Group, she most recently supported the CEO and People Ops team at Betts Recruiting, scaling go-to-market teams in the top tech markets in the country. And previously, as an art consultant, she worked with clients to build world-class collections of modern and contemporary art.
A Bay Area native, Ella graduated among the top of her class from University of San Francisco with a degree in Art Management. She lives with her family in Marin and owns a sustainable butcher shop in Petaluma where she partners with local artisans to curate custom farm-to-fork events. In her "free" time, Ella can be found celebrating nature, food, and various forms of leisure with her husband Travis, daughter Bea, son Chester, and dog Bertie.
Emily is motivated by the importance of diverse voices and stories in influential spaces, from boardrooms to storyboards. This passion for intersectional leadership propels her work as a Research Analyst at Rich Talent Group.
Promoting equity and dynamic communication have been throughlines in Emily's career. During her time at the ReFrame Project, created by Women in Film and the Sundance Institute, Emily advocated for greater parity in the entertainment industry, promoting projects with diversity of individuals in decision making positions. Further, she researched prevalent social and economic issues as an intern for the Office of U.S. Representative Sean Casten (D-IL), in order to champion what was most important to constituents in her home district.
Originally from Glen Ellyn, IL, Emily graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in English. Outside of work, you might find her snuggled up on the couch with her journal and a cup of coffee or out listening to live music.

Emily is a creative strategist and storyteller bringing more than a decade of experience in consulting, brand, and design to her work at Rich Talent Group. As an independent consultant, she partnered with the firm on marketing and communications for two years before joining the team full-time to lead the function. She also serves as Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO and the rest of the leadership team across all areas of the business, including strategy, business development, partnerships, people operations, and culture.
Previously, Emily spent nearly eight years at transformation firm, SYPartners. As part of the Strategy team, she partnered with C-Suite clients from Fortune 500, new and emerging, and international organizations to set vision and strategy, build cultures of humanity and performance, and design innovative brand experiences. She then turned her attention towards SYPartners' own presence in the world, as part of the firm's Brand Team. As the Content and Editorial lead, she worked across a wide range of projects-from developing and publishing original points of view to creating new experiences and tools for leaders.
Emily graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Art History. She's passionate about design and holds a Certificate from UC Berkley Extension's graduate program in Interior Design and Interior Architecture. Emily hails from St. Louis, MO, but now calls San Francisco, CA home.
Prior to joining Rich Talent Group, Giada served as an Executive Search and Assessment Professional Administrator at Russell Reynolds Associates. Originally from Naples, Italy, Giada started her career in high fashion at Prada as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.
Giada graduated from the State University of New York College with a bachelor's degree in English Literature. She lives in Mill Valley with her husband and two kids.

For nearly 30 years, Jana has partnered with leading companies, from early stage to Fortune 500, helping to build teams of proven leaders and diverse thinkers. Additionally, Jana has built well-established relationships with many leading venture capital firms which include Lightspeed Venture Partners, GV, Coatue, Andreessen Horowitz, and Forerunner Ventures.
Before founding Rich Talent Group, Jana spent over eighteen years at two of the world's largest executive search and assessment firms. At Russell Reynolds Associates, she led the Global Consumer Digital and Media practice and the Consumer Sector of North America. At Korn Ferry International, Jana launched the industry's first digital recruiting practice in 1996.
Jana serves as an advisory board member for MAKERS, a media company that accelerates the women's movement through real-life stories that ignite passion; and World 50, a private community for senior-most executives from globally respected organizations. She has served on the Forbes Executive Women's Board and was a director of the Stanford Business School Women's Initiative Network.
She was also a mentor in the Women's eCommerce Network sponsored by Liberty Media. She served on the board of BringChange2Mind, a non-profit organization founded by the actress Glenn Close. Jana has been honored three times by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.
She received a BA in psychology from Vassar College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Jana and her wife, Jill, live in Marin County with their dogs, Darby and Roo.

As President at Rich Talent Group, Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting and a real passion for DE&I which enables her to help clients build transformative leadership teams.
A dynamic search executive with a global perspective, Nicole has worked in both corporate talent acquisition functions and search firms, which has afforded her expertise in technology, communications, and the financial services sectors. In her current role as President at RTG, she oversees the firm's P&L and growth strategy.
Previously, Nicole was a Partner at Brunswick Group, a global strategic communications advisory firm, where she led all Partner hiring in the US, across Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. In 2019, Nicole was appointed the firm's first Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, with oversight of all firmwide actions to meaningfully advance and embed DE&I.
Nicole has also held positions at two global executive search firms, as a Consultant at Spencer Stuart and a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles. And she has worked within three Group Human Resources functions-at Barclays, Visa, and Brunswick Group. Throughout her career, she has led searches around the world, including in the US, India, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Germany, Indonesia, and France.
Nicole earned a BA from Dartmouth College and an Ed.M. in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has lived and worked in the UK, US, and Asia. She now resides in New York with her husband and five-year-old son.

Samantha brings experience in building great teams in the consumer tech space. In particular, she's passionate about food-based consumer tech, health and wellness, and companies with a social mission. Prior to Rich Talent Group, Samantha worked at GLG, the world's largest membership network for one-on-one professional learning. As a Business Development Manager on the Corporate, Global Strategic Accounts team, she focused on building relationships in the Industrial vertical.
Samantha started her career as an Associate at Ridgetop Research, where she conducted research and recruited industry consultants on behalf of investment firms. She graduated with honors in International Studies from Trinity College.

Suzanne is a founding member of Rich Talent Group with over twenty-five years of recruiting experience. She has led corporate talent acquisition for some of the world's leading technology and retail companies.
At Walmart.com, Suzanne led and managed the talent acquisition team as the company grew from 350 to over 1500 employees. Previously, she was responsible for creating the internal executive search function for Gap Inc.'s headquarters organization, across all brands and channels. She also worked for two top-tier global executive search firms including Heidrick & Struggles.
Suzanne brings a deep understanding of client needs and expectations to her work, and has recruited senior level candidates for clients including Indeed, Sony, Stitch Fix, Figma, ForgeRock, and Lululemon, among many others.
Suzanne has a BA in psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a Bay Area native and lives in Oakland with her family. She can be found on the baseball or soccer fields rooting her kids on from the sidelines or at home enjoying a glass of Bartalotti wine.

Her experience in building and training teams is what drew her to RTG, and fuels her to identify powerful qualities in tomorrow's successful leaders.
Tina has lived in Japan, the Philippines, and now the USA. She graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a BA in Communications. Tina is passionate about food, music, and entertainment, but is most fulfilled when helping others find and grow into their own purpose.
