And previously, as an art consultant, she worked with clients to build world-class collections of modern and contemporary art. A Bay Area native, Ella graduated among the top of her class from University of San Francisco with a degree in Art Management. She lives with her family in Marin and owns a sustainable butcher shop in Petaluma where she partners with local artisans to curate custom farm-to-fork events. Emily is a creative strategist and storyteller bringing more than a decade of experience in consulting, brand, and design to her work at Rich Talent Group. As an independent consultant, she partnered with the firm on marketing and communications for two years before joining the team full-time to lead the function. She also serves as Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO and the rest of the leadership team across all areas of the business, including strategy, business development, partnerships, people operations, and culture. Previously, Emily spent nearly eight years at transformation firm, SYPartners. As part of the Strategy team, she partnered with C-Suite clients from Fortune 500, new and emerging, and international organizations to set vision and strategy, build cultures of humanity and performance, and design innovative brand experiences. She then turned her attention towards SYPartners' own presence in the world, as part of the firm's Brand Team. As the Content and Editorial lead, she worked across a wide range of projects-from developing and publishing original points of view to creating new experiences and tools for leaders. Emily graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Art History. She's passionate about design and holds a Certificate from UC Berkley Extension's graduate program in Interior Design and Interior Architecture.
