Dan brings over 19 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, restructuring, leasing and asset management.
Before joining Rushmark, Dan was responsible for commercial development at Tishman Speyer in New York City where he lead the development of approximately 2.4 million square feet of office in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in addition to leading the restructuring and subsequent disposition of the Chrysler Building.
Prior to Tishman Speyer, Dan was a managing director at the Hines New York office where he was responsible for various residential and office development projects, including 7 Bryant Park, a 470,000 square foot speculative office project.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
Jessica brings over 27 years experience in corporate real estate accounting, including operations, asset management and financial reporting to Rushmark.
Prior to joining Rushmark in 2002, Jessica was employed by HITT Contracting, Grosvenor International as well as Wilkes, Artis Hedrick & Lane.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Neal brings more than 19 years of experience in real estate development, finance and asset management to Rushmark.
Neal began his career in real estate with Avalon Bay, a publicly traded multifamily real estate investment trust. He subsequently served as Development Manager for Ozymandius Realty, a Lower Manhattan developer and on various real estate ventures.
Neal earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American University and his Master of Science in Real Estate Development ("MSRED") from Columbia University.
Mr. Kearney has been President and Managing Partner of Rushmark Properties since its inception in 1998.
Prior to forming Rushmark Properties, Mr. Kearney was an investment banker specializing in the private placement of debt and equity to institutional investors in the Real Estate Finance Group of Nations Banc Montgomery Securities (now Bank of America). He began his career at Phillips Development Corp. as a development manager of large mixed-use projects in Washington DC and served as an Asset Manager and Disposition Officer for South Charles Realty, a subsidiary of NationsBank which managed a $500 million portfolio of Real Estate Owned ("REO") properties in the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states
While leading Rushmark, Mr. Kearney has led all aspects of acquisition, development, leasing, finance and sale of over $750 million of commercial properties totaling over 3 million square feet of multifamily, industrial, commercial, office and retail properties.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Robert brings more than 7 years experience in real estate finance to Rushmark.
Robert previously served as an Analyst on JLL's Mid-Atlantic Debt & Equity platform where he focused on Debt & Equity underwriting to facilitate Multifamily acquisitions and recapitalizations. Prior to joining JLL, Robert was a member of PGIM Real Estate's Debt Originations platform focusing on Multifamily acquisitions and refinances throughout the United States in addition to beginning his career at JBG Smith, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust.
Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from Xavier University and his Master of Real Estate with a concentration in Global Real Estate and Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Robert is currently an Executive MBA candidate at Cornell University.
Rory brings over 19 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, construction, finance, leasing and property management.
Rory started his real estate career as in commercial real estate for Lincoln Property Company and at Cassidy & Pinkard in leasing, investment sales, and property management roles. Rory spent three years as a development manager at CAS Riegler before starting his own residential development company, Vici Investments. While at Vici Investments, Rory managed all aspects of the real estate development process including acting as his own general contractor for construction.
Rory earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania and Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. Rory is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a licensed general contractor in DC.
