RHODEN ROOFING - Key Persons
Ashley started with Rhoden Roofing in 2010, and through the years has worked her way through many roles around the office. She is always focused on ways to improve business processes and customer experience. Her knack for problem solving and attention to detail make her a great resource to guide customers through insurance claims.
Ashley and John were married in 2013 and have three children. Ashley balances her role as a mother and working part-time in the office, overseeing insurance claims and company accounting. She attended both Kapaun Mt Carmel and East high before earning her degree from Wichita State University.
Brett, a Wichita native, joined the Rhoden Roofing team in 2011. Brett attended Kapaun Mt Carmel and was an excellent soccer player. His soccer ability earned him a college scholarship in Kansas City. Brett was integral in developing and managing a local restaurant chain before joining Rhoden Roofing. Brett married his wife, Stefanie, in 2017.
Brett's ability to problem solve and attention to detail makes him an ideal project manager. He is certified through HAAG as a Residential and Commercial inspector. HAAG engineering sets the industry standard for insurance claims on what is and what is not considered hail & wind damage. This gives him immense authority when dealing with insurance adjustors on any type of building (homes, apartments, & businesses). This authority has lead him to manage jobs all over the state of Kansas and Missouri. He understands the needs and requirements of commercial clients with large portfolios. He is certified with Xactimate, the software insurance uses to estimate projects. He has also undergone training to become proficient in attic ventilation from AirVent.
Chris is a Wichita native and went to Heights High School. He attended Kansas State University and Wichita State University where he earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing. Chris then went on to earn his MBA in Leadership from Newman University. Chris and his wife Jacque live in Andover and have four children. Chris loves spending time with wife and kids. They are the joy of his life and always keep things fresh and exciting. Chris loves all things sports! He is a huge Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys NASCAR and NHRA drag racing. Chris enjoys listening to audiobooks and podcasts in an effort to continue learning and growing.

Dave was born and raised in Wichita, growing up in the College Hill neighborhood. He graduated from Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School and then went on to get a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University. Starting his career with the Wichita Wings during the early 1980's, led to an opportunity to work in sport management in Tulsa, where he remained for 30 years raising a son and daughter there, with his wife Becky. He returned to Wichita in 2016 and is glad to be back home.
Dave's strive for knowledge and continuous perseverance has made Rhoden Roofing extremely proud to have him on our Team. Dave is a HAAG Certified Inspector. Erica was born and raised in the College Hill neighborhood and graduated from East High. She attended Wichita State University and has an extensive background in the service industry. Her first role with Rhoden Roofing was a part-time marketing position, she then advanced to Office Manager in the summer of 2016, and naturally transitioned into being a Project Coordinator in 2019. Erica is the proud mother to her son, Jett.
Her one of a kind, vibrant personality shows through in her passion to help people. Since she has had so many roles in the company, her flexibility around the office, with customers, as well as other Team members exudes professionalism. This experience gives her extensive knowledge in the different facets of the roofing industry. Her positive personality and dependability help shape the atmosphere in our office. These traits are a true asset to Rhoden Roofing. She is certified through HAAG as a Residential Inspector. HAAG engineering sets the industry standard for insurance claims on what is and what is not considered hail & wind damage. She is also certified in roofing ventilation with AirVent Inc.
Haylee was born and raised in West Wichita, went to Maize High School and graduated with her Bachelors in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Wichita State University. Haylee has a very outgoing personality and fits right in here at Rhoden Roofing.
Haylee has a lot of experience coming from the customer service/service industry. She loves spending time outdoors, and camping at the lake with her significant other, Cody, and their two children (who happen to be 6 days apart!) Aside from scheduling all of the jobs and ordering material at Rhoden Roofing, she enjoys spending her down time with her family and friends.
Prefers to just go by "Baker." Baker was born and raised in Clearwater Kansas. Right after his high school graduation he joined the armed forces as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army. After four years of active-duty enlistment, he moved back to Wichita and joined the National Guard and workforce in the agriculture industry. Baker joined Rhoden Roofing in 2022 and brings his strong intuitiveness and knack for problem solving to the team.
In Baker's spare time, he enjoys farming and hanging out with his friends, family, and his Siamese cat Minnie.
Jacob joined the Rhoden Roofing team in 2019. He grew up outside of Wichita near the small town of Andale, Kansas and graduated from Andale High School. He attended Hutchinson Community College where he earned his degree of Automotive Collision Repair. While attending HCC he met his wife, Mariah. Jacob & Mariah currently live in west Wichita with their son Gabriel.
Jacob has very useful knowledge of the insurance field. He worked several years in the collision repair industry before transitioning into insurance adjusting for autos and property. Through property adjusting he was introduced to the roofing industry and became well versed in policy language. This experience gives Jacob great credibility when working with insurance carriers and assisting customers on their claims. He is a HAAG certified Residential Inspector. HAAG engineering sets the industry standard for insurance claims on what is and what is not considered hail & wind damage. He has also undergone training to become proficient in attic ventilation from AirVent Inc.
Jazmin joined the Rhoden Roofing team in 2022 with a background in corporate accounting, having spent the last several years working for a national health club chain. At Rhoden Roofing, she keeps the reporting organized across the over 1,200 construction projects the team completes annually and handles supplier and customer billing.
Originally from the small town of Sublette, Kansas, her first job was working as a waitress at her family's restaurant, where she learned the importance of hard work and customer service. Jazmin moved to Wichita to attend WSU. She graduated with a degree in Finance and has continued to call Wichita home since. Outside of work, Jazmin enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, reading books, and experiencing new places.
John was born and raised on the town of Haven, Kansas. After graduating from Haven High School he attended Kansas State University before returning to work on the family farm. Working in the agriculture industry taught him a broad base of skills, flexibility, independence, and the determination to see a job through to the end.
In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family, building projects in the shop, and all things outdoors.
John got his start in the roofing business while working at ABC Supply Co, the largest distributor of roofing materials in the world, on his summers off from college at the University of San Diego. He developed his knowledge further while working as a project manager for a large Wichita roofing company. At that point, the Wichita native and East High graduate, decided to attend medical school at Creighton University. During his second year at Med school, he decided to choose a different path for himself and moved back to Wichita to start Rhoden Roofing in 2008.
John realized there was a great opportunity in the roofing industry to change the way business was done. By listening to the concerns his customers had and educating them about their project, John and his extremely capable team were able to quickly grow Rhoden Roofing into an award-winning company. He strives everyday to find a way to make the customer experience at Rhoden Roofing the best it can be. He found the best way to accomplish this was simple, listen to the customers needs and follow through every time. No Excuses!!
Jordan joined the Rhoden Roofing team in 2021. He is a Wichita native, who grew up in the College Hill area. He graduated from Kapaun Mt. Carmel High school, then attended Butler County Community college, before starting a career in the Automotive Collision Repair industry; where he spent 19 years as an Estimator and General Manager. During his career in collision repair he developed a vast knowledge of the Insurance Claims Process.
He is very detail oriented and passionate about making sure that customer service and quality workmanship are the top priority on every job. Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys playing golf and spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
Keith earned a degree from Iowa State University in 74' before moving to Wichita to manage the Andersen Window Corporations wholesale distribution facilities. Keith ultimately decided to open his own lumber business and ran a very successful company for 15 years in Wichita. When Keith is not working, he loves spending time with his 4 grand children and doting upon his wife Becky.
Keith brought his vast experience and knowledge in the construction world to Rhoden Roofing in 2011. Keith is known around the office for ensuring his customers are getting properly compensated by their insurance company. For this reason, it is very common he receives hand-written notes from his customers thanking him for his efforts. He is a HAAG certified Residential Inspector. HAAG engineering sets the industry standard for insurance claims on what is and what is not considered hail & wind damage. This gives him great standing when dealing with insurance adjustors at home inspections. He is certified with Xactimate, the software insurance uses to estimate projects. He has also undergone training to become proficient in attic ventilation from AirVent.

Luke, a Wichita native, who attended Kapaun Mt Carmel before heading to Milwaukee and graduating from Marquette University. After spending six years working as a Financial Analyst in Milwaukee, he came back to Wichita to be closer to family and the great community he loves. He spent 12 years at CLC Lodging while working his way up to the Vice President of Finance.
In the summer of 2020, Luke joined Rhoden Roofing as our COO. Rhoden Roofing's amazing reputation for quality and customer service drew him to the company with the intention to continue to build upon their long-standing success. His financial background leads him to be detail oriented and focused on processes through all stages of the business. Outside of work, Luke remains active, preferring to be outside, playing sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Megan ("Mee-gan") is a Des Moines, IA native who moved to Wichita in 2002 and has enjoyed life in Kansas ever since. She lives in Riverside with her partner, Kendall, and their two children, Easton (2011) and Emery (2013). She enjoys riding bikes with her family and spending weekends in Waynoka, OK playing at the sand dunes.
Megan aligns the team and complex operations of Rhoden Roofing, plus manages the business and human resources. While she wears many hats across her role, one thing that's always consistent is her welcoming personality, generosity, and dependability. Megan is also the quasi-official "Director of Fun" for the team, making Rhoden Roofing a great place to work for everyone. Prior to joining Rhoden Roofing she worked in the banking industry for 9 years, which was the foundation for organized management and attention to detail.
Meghan West was born and raised a Kansas girl. Attending college on soccer, track and academic scholarships, Meghan is a formally trained and experienced K-12 teacher. Meghan, her husband Aaron, and their two children, live in a self-built house in the country outside of El Dorado.
After teaching, Meghan went on to work in the construction field, restaurant management, and banking. Meghan joined the Rhoden Roofing team in June of 2020. Her inherent attention to detail, love of numbers, & mechanical aptitude are forces that have truly made her stand out in her work supplementing insurance claims. Meghan works hard every day on behalf of customers to represent them through the insurance process in for roofing projects completed by our team. She is Xactimate trained and completed courses through XM8 University.
Michael James is a Wichita native and the son of a long-time roofing contractor. Legend has it he fell off his first roof at two years old, miraculously walking away with only a few scratches. Not one to be so easily deterred, he spent his childhood summers working with his parents roofing crew and learning general construction and remodeling.
After graduating from East High, Michael studied music, economics, philosophy, and geology at Wichita state while working as a bicycle mechanic. After earning his degree, he continued to progress in the cycling industry, earning nationally recognized certifications, founding a local cycling advocacy group and operating a non-profit community workspace. Michael transitioned back to the roofing industry in 2020, specializing in commercial roofing. In 2022, Michael joined Rhoden Roofing as a Field Production Manager. Michael brings his extensive background in construction, problem solving, logistics, and stellar customer service to every project.
In his free time Michael enjoys riding bikes with his wife and three kids, woodworking, playing music with his friends, and devouring all the science fiction and fantasy novels he can get his hands on.
Patrick is a Wichita native who grew up in East Wichita and attended The Independent School. Patrick has a bachelors and masters degree, both in Exercise Science. He spent 13 years of his career as a personal trainer and gym owner before deciding to pivot his career in 2022 when he joined the Rhoden Roofing team. He brings passion and excellent customer service skills with him on this new endeavor.
In his free time, Patrick and his wife, Kara, are avid adventurers and outdoors people. They enjoy camping, hiking, rock climbing, and kayaking. Patrick also trains and competes in mixed martial arts.
Seth joined the team in 2022, with a diverse professional background including finance, consulting, public law enforcement, and restaurant promotion. His very first job was working and teaching for several years at a knitting shop! Seth is originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, but now lives in historic College Hill, Wichita with his wife Sidney. He attended University of Minnesota for degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management, and University of Denver for a Master's in Business Administration.
Seth is our Marketing Lead and helps the team with internal and external communications, roofing education, and storytelling. You may also find him on a jobsite getting feedback about our process, constantly looking to improve the Rhoden Roofing customer experience.
Tia, born and raised a Kansas girl, is a compassionate mother of three, a boy and two girls. Married to her husband, Jason, they bought their first house together, August of 2020 in Benton, KS, where they continue to build and grow together. On her off-time Tia enjoys being with her family and friends, making customized cakes, and working on her landscaping.
Tia has always been a gracious individual who puts others before herself. Since 2008 Tia has spent all her adult life caring for others as a Nursing Assistant and as Massage Therapist until September 2021 when an injury ended her career as a therapeutic caregiver. Determined to continue helping people she found a new avenue that would allow her to help individuals and families in the community. By becoming a Claims Specialist here at Rhoden Roofing in 2022, she works diligently with clients to guide them through questions and concerns and help provide the best solutions for their Insurance Claims needs.
Tom, a Kansas Native, was raised in the small town of Haven, Kansas. There he attended Haven High School and excelled in baseball. Due to an injury, his baseball playing days were cut short before attending college. He went on to graduate from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's in Agronomy. After graduating he worked on his family's farm and in the agricultural industry. Before joining the Rhoden team he was the location manager at a Co-Op near his home. In his free time he and his family enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
