With debates in South Africa focusing on the national minimum wage, SASPRI is involved in a number of initiatives designed to shed light on the amount required for a decent standard of living. These initiatives take as their starting point the need to establish consensus amongst all population groups and income groups as to what comprises a decent standard of living.
