Born in Zanesville Ohio and a graduate of Ohio University, Sandy started into the business world in retail with Sears, Roebuck and Company. Later, she opened her own business, Special Occasion Creations where she coordinated weddings and custom designed bridal, prom and pageant dresses. Several of Sandy's gowns have won top honors at both state and national pageants... Deciding to retire her needle and thread, she obtained her Ohio Real Estate license and joined Wilfred C. Baker, HER REALTORS® in Zanesville. But the desire to escape to paradise was ever present in her mind. One day she made the decision to just do it! "I didn't want to wait until I retired to be in Florida." Sandy obtained her Florida Real Estate license and went to work at an Anna Maria Island office...
