PHARMACY HOME CARE - Key Persons
Amanda is a native of Cleveland, TN and has worked for Jeff for almost 20 years. She strives to provide excellent customer service with all billing and refill questions. Amanda tirelessly works to bill insurance accurately, keep up with refills, and help her customers with any billing questions they may have. Her positive attitude shines through to our patients in all interactions.
Amanda , her husband, Dustin, and son, Tyson, live in Polk County. They enjoy riding in the mountains and spending time with their extended family.
Blake graduated from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, with a business degree. While in college, he worked as a certified pharmacy technician at Crawford's Pharmacy.
Blake serves on the board for the Raider Rumble Foundation. Blake enjoys coaching his son's basketball team and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their three children at Disney World. He also likes the Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Volunteers.

Brenda, a native of Cleveland, TN, has worked in independent community pharmacy for over 25 years. She is a certified pharmacy technician and loves building relationships with her patients and nursing staff. Over the years, her experience of caring for her patients, parents, and grandparents has shown her how much confusion there can be with medication management. She is excited about the services offered here at Pharmacy Home Care.
Brenda and her husband, Joe, have one son, Reid. She enjoys spending time with her son on the lake and fishing.

Easter is a native of North Carolina and moved here in 2014. Easter brings 20 years of pharmacy knowledge with her. She is an expert in the billing department, organizing and keeping up with accounts, and managing our insurance contracts. Easter is one of the friendly voices you will hear if you call with a billing question.
Easter lives in Decatur, TN with her husband Daniel and their six children. She enjoys being a Mom and attending all of her children's extra-curricular activities.

Heather, a native of Chattanooga, TN, has worked with assisted living communities in the Chattanooga area for over five years. Prior to working at Pharmacy Home Care, she worked for BI-LO in their packaging pharmacy. She strives for excellent customer service in all of her interactions with patients and nursing staff by always bringing a positive attitude to her work.
Heather enjoys crafting and being outdoors. She and her husband, John, have two dogs, Loki and Simba.
Jay is a native of Cleveland, TN. Prior to working in pharmacy, Jay worked at M&M Mars for 28 years. He enjoys fishing, playing poker, and spending time with his wife, Donna. He brings a very positive attitude to his delivery job and you can expect to see him smiling when he is at your door.

Jeff, a graduate of Samford University School of Pharmacy, is the owner of two independent community pharmacies: Crawford's Pharmacy in Cleveland, TN and Madison Avenue Pharmacy in Athens, TN. He is an active member of the National Community Pharmacists Association and the Tennessee Pharmacists Association.
Jeff is an active member of the Cleveland/Bradley County Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Lisa, enjoy spending time at their home on the lake, traveling, supporting the Tennessee Volunteers, and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Jeff and Lisa have two great danes, Zeus and Daisy.
Maggie is a graduate of Mercer University School of Pharmacy and native of Ooltewah, TN. She came to Pharmacy Home Care in 2014 from BI-LO Pharmacy. After being in the community pharmacy for 10 years, she recognized the need for packaging and compliance services in the home environment and facilities also. Maggie is certified in Medication Therapy Management and Immunization Services.
Maggie and her husband, Jamie, have one son, Reed. She is active at Reed's school, St Nicholas School, and with the Girls Preparatory School Alumnae Council. In her time off, Maggie and her family enjoy traveling, camping, and taking care of their family farm in Ooltewah.
Sandy is a native of Chattanooga, TN with over 15 years of experience in pharmacy delivery. She always delivers our products efficiently and with a smile. Outside of work, she shoots pool on a nationally ranked pool team in Chattanooga and frequents her granddaughter's softball games with her husband, Roger.

Tina is a native of Cleveland, TN and brings with her over 15 years of pharmacy knowledge. She also works hard to ensure accurate packaging of all of our patient's medications. She consistently goes above and beyond with her excellent attitude and is always able to work on everything from inventory to packaging.
Tina and her husband, Brian, live in Cleveland and are active members of The Church of God at Jerusalem Acres. They have a frog named Quibbit.
