Ryan Fitzgerald Construction was established by current president Ryan Fitzgerald in 1995. The first 10 years of the company was installing garden centers on mass market stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, and Menards all over the United States including Alaska and Puerto Rico. As the company grew, an institutional construction division was added for specialization in constructing major research facilities. A list of some of the research facilities we have worked with include: University of Florida, University of Wisconsin, West Virginia University, Texas A&M, Bayer Corporation, Pioneer Hi-Bred Seed, Florida State, and many others... Managers for the University of Florida. In 2020 we became a Construction Manager for the University of Florida. In addition, RFC has built relationships within the industry, such as, Lake County Board of County Commissioners, Valencia College, Lake Sumter State College, Daytona State College, and Seminole County Public Works.
