Graduate of DePaul University with a BA in Music Therapy, and an MBA in Health Care and Human Resource Development from Rosary College, now Dominican University. She has been with RRAF since 1990 in various leadership roles. She became a surveyor for CARF, International in 2011 and, to-date has surveyed over 150 organizations in 35 states.
Married and the father of four children, one born with cerebral palsy and severe developmental delays. He is a past VP of Research for Putman Publishing Company. He is also a member and past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Council 9893 in Glendale Heights.
