We license middle-market M&A advisors whose services involve providing securities-related services. These independent contractor advisors typically engage in activities requiring the Series 79 or 82, though many of our affiliated persons also hold the Series 24 and Series 7. We also assist FINRA member firms who engage in M&A with compliance support. Our main office is located in Kansas City, Missouri and is comprised of all non-producers.
