Serenity Yoga Center has served Bedford and local communities since opening in 2000. In 2001, Serenity Yoga Center was invited to be a Kripalu-affiliated studio. Our spacious studio is fully equipped with a variety of yoga props you may use to assist in your practice. We provide individualized attention and modifications so that everyone can practice at the level appropriate for them. We adapt poses to suit each individual. All levels/abilities are welcome... Our classes are designed to help you increase flexibility, develop strength, improve balance (mental as well as physical), learn to relax, and to relieve stress.
