Antonina has more then 10 years of professional experience in managing executive search, recruitment and talent management projects for international companies, both in Ukraine and CIS region for such sectors as FMCG, pharma, retail, telecommunications, chemical industry, agro, construction, professional services, IT. Antonina has more than 3 years of experience in talent management: conducting Assessment & Development Centers, talent pool projects, graduate recruitment, 360 feedback, testing.
Education: Masters degree in Marketing (Kyiv National Economic University, 1998). Certified assessor: Assessment & Development Centers, Competency Based Interviewing, Competency Profiling, Personality questionnaires, Professional Testing, 360 degrees assessment, Motivational questionnaires.
Prior to joining Skill, WIll & Partners Antonina for more than 3 years worked for CEB SHL TMS, for 2 years led FMCG, Retail and Pharma recruitment practice at Hudson, led recruiting projects at Brain Source International.
Uliana Morokhovska has 10 years of HR Consulting experience, possesses strong expertise in recruitment, assessment, training & development and career consulting. As an assessment expert Uliana led complex Talent Management projects in Ukraine & CIS region, organized and delivered Assessment and Development Centres for middle and senior level professionals, developed customized assessment cases. In recruitment Uliana successfully completed searches for senior and middle level professionals for companies of various business sectors, developed strong specialization in HR recruitment maintaining broad network with HR community, and lead complex large scale graduate recruitment programs in Ukraine, Russia and CIS region. Uliana delivers trainings on Recruitment and Assessment methodology for HR & Line Managers and runs complex Outplacement/career consulting programs.
Uliana has psychological educational background, obtained Phd Degree in psychology in 2011. She possesses international certifications as: Assessor (Hudson Belgium Research & Development Center), Business Trainer (4-module training at CTC) and Coach (4 module certification training Art and Science of Coaching, International Ericson University). For 9 years Uliana worked for international consulting company Hudson in Ukraine, since 2014 is managing partner of Skill, Will & Partner HR consulting boutique.
