Bryan is one of 2 principal partners who own Steller Construction and one of the 3 principal partners who own Steller Electric. Bryan is a licensed Commercial General Contractor in Ohio and West Virginia markets and also a licensed Residential General Contractor in various Ohio markets and has his Real Estate license in Ohio. Bryan manages the day-to-day operations of the Commercial and Residential Construction projects and the Sales for both those divisions. He works directly every day with Business Owners, Homeowners and the broader Steller Construction family of Employees, Construction Crews, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Architects, Engineers and Designers. Bryan is passionate about taking care of our Customers and our employees!

Bryan, a State Licensed Electrician, is Director of Operations and one of the principal partners at Steller Electric. He has been working in the electrical field in both commercial and residential areas for more than 15 years. Bryan is committed to growing relationships with our clients and partners and works hard every day to take care of our customers and build our fast-growing electrical division to meet its ever-expanding demand.

Cassie is the Steller Construction Project Manager, Human Resources Manager, and our Office Manager. Cassie handles a variety of customer relations responsibilities. She works with our new residential and commercial customers to help with their project design needs including materials selections and procurement. She loves working with customers to make their dream visions come true. Cassie also communicates daily with customers throughout the project to make sure schedules are updated, materials are coordinated, and daily project management is smooth.

Jenna is the Sales Manager for both Steller Construction and Steller Electric. She brings extensive management experience to her role. Jenna handles all appointment scheduling for both entities and also does project estimating and all customer follow-up throughout the sales process. Jenna also coordinates all marketing efforts with our marketing firm and partners at the Owner's direction.
Meet Mike, our versatile Assistant Sales Manager. His journey began with installing office furniture-workstations, desks, and more-setting the foundation for his career in project management.

Randy manages one of our residential remodeling teams and has experience doing everything from high-end Residential and Commercial remodeling work to historic masonry restoration on large commercial projects for Steller Construction.

Rob is our Superintendent and spends most of his time managing commercial job sites and ground up residential build projects for Steller Construction. Rob has been in construction for 12 years and has certifications in Iron Works, Carpentry, Welding, Heavy Equipment, and OSHA certifications, among others. Rob's high integrity, drive and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the Steller team.

Tiffany is the Steller Construction Residential/Commercial Design Director. She joins our team with more than two decades of drafting and design experience on Architectural, Engineering and Acoustic Isolation projects ranging from home remodels to world renown concert halls. Her clients have included several leading recording studio designers, university performance art centers, a national chain of fitness centers, hotels, high rise luxury condominium communities, and NBA practice facilities. With a degree in Interior Design, Tiffany joins her technical and creative passions producing the detailed blueprints needed for our exacting craftsmanship and coordinating with Cassie and Jenna in helping clients choose the right layout to bring your vision to life!

Tim is one of 2 principal partners who own Steller Construction and one the 3 principal partners who own Steller Electric. Tim directs all the banking, accounting, and business dealings for Steller. He also oversees all Human Resource activity including employee relations/benefits and compliance. Tim graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and has held multiple leadership roles with various companies. Tim has a passion for success and developing and maintaining relationships with Steller's business partners and customers.

Willie is the Residential Supervisor and Assistant Project Manager for our residential remodeling division and is on the job sites every day. Willie has the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship in the residential market and will make sure that we take care of your home.
