The restaurant got busy, The Cascades' catering business grew, and the rest is history... If you're looking for a reasonably-priced restaurant in Hudson, The Cascades is your place. We're right on the main drag, near all of the Hudson antique shops, art galleries, and one-of-a-kind retail stores. We're close to Olana, the American Museum of Firefighting and the Amtrak station... Local coffee roaster, J.B. Peel, makes The Cascades Blend we serve. We also carry of variety of their whole bean coffees for retail purchase. Our shelves are stocked with gourmet groceries, many produced right here in Columbia County. We have quality beers, including Chatham Ale on tap, and wines that pair well with our daily specials.
