The property is an 8 minute drive to downtown Steamboat and a 15 minute drive to the mountain base... We offer long term rentals with a one-year lease standard. Each unit comes unfurnished and is approximately 650 sq.ft.: living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, plus a large loft. Each unit comes with 2 uncovered parking spots.
