Thank you for exploring my tutoring website. I am a Washington-state certified teacher with 25+ years of tutoring experience including over two decades doing personalized tutoring as The Inquisitive Mind. I earned my BA in Education from Whitworth College and started a Masters in School Counseling at Seattle Pacific University before dedicating to start my own tutoring business... Prior to opening The Inquisitive Mind in 1997, I provided tutoring and managerial services for two different tutoring centers in King and Snohomish counties. In addition to tutoring I have taught WASL-prep classes at the Denny Community Learning Center, English-as-a-Second Language (ESL) classes, a Children's Literature Class and assisted one year with the Sealth Saturday tutorial.
