We are a teaching and pastoral association, we are unable to accept insurance for any services or products supplied. If you would like to submit a claim for payment of services to your insurance company, we will provide you with a statement. Knowledge and awareness of insurance coverage is the sole responsibility of the client. Your invoice shall be your only receipt; we cannot provide an end of the year statement.
