The Yoga Room, located just north Lancaster, PA, has been directed by Laurie Garrett for the past 20 years. Laurie is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist. Her dream was to create a studio where students can practice and experience Hatha Yoga in a clean, warm, quiet and inspiring atmosphere. Whether you are a beginner or a more advanced practitioner, whether you are 15 or 85 years of age you will find a variety of classes that will nurture and support you in your journey to total body and mind wellness...
