A 501c3 NJ Non Profit All Volunteer Animal Rescue Organization The Last Resort Rescue is network of amazing volunteers, committed to saving the lives of homeless, neglected, abandoned, and abused animals. Many of the animals we take in are those needing intense medical or rehabilitative care. We truly are their Last Resort! We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome orphaned, injured, abandoned and abused animals in need. Over the last 2 decades we have rescued, rehabilitated and permenantly rehomed over 9000 Dogs, Cats, Horses, and exotic pets into screened, compatible, forever homes through our Foster and Adoption Programs. Animals are cared for in our network of experienced foster homes. Never in a shelter or kennel setting. This helps them to decompress and recover while we evaluate their individual needs to ensure we place them in the most compaitble forever homes.
